An agent according to claim 1 , wherein the protein derived from Bacillus subtilis natto essentially consists of a soy protein fermentate obtained by removing, from a liquid medium of the Bacillus subtilis natto containing soy protein obtained from a soy bean, the body of Bacillus subtilis natto and low-molecular components having molecular weights lower than enzymes produced by the Bacillus subtilis natto.
