Abstract

The invention related to a monofilament of polyamide, especially for flat textile products, for use in paper machines, for instance, as well as a flat textile product and a method for producing same.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 15 . (canceled)

16 . A method for producing flat textile products comprising a monofilament of polyamide, wherein the monofilament is extruded and subsequently drawn and woven, and wherein the polyamides are mixed with a cross-linkage reinforcement agent prior to extrusion and the monofilament is irradiated with electron rays before and/or after the weaving process, by means of which the polyamides are partially cross-linked.

17 . The method according to claim 16 , wherein the fabric is completely or partially irradiated.

18 . The method according to claim 16 , wherein the irradiation is performed with beta rays.

19 . The method according to claim 16 , wherein the irradiation is performed at 0.1 to 100 kGy.

20 . The method according to claim 16 , wherein the irradiation is performed at 10 to 50 kGy.

21 . The method according to claim 16 , wherein the irradiation is performed at 15 to 30 kGy.

22 . A flat textile product for use in cellulose fiber preparation or paper production, which comprises monofilament of polyamide and wherein the flat textile product is produced by the method of claim 16.
