Abstract
A microproduct includes a resin composition including a polypropylene-based resin and a hydrogenated derivative of a block copolymer shown by the general formula “X-Y”. The microproduct has micromachined features of a stamper precisely transferred by injection molding and a molded surface has a plurality of recesses and/or protrusions. In this case, X represents a polymer block immiscible with the polypropylene-based resin, and Y represents an elastomeric polymer block of a conjugated diene.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A microproduct comprising a resin composition including a polypropylene-based resin and a hydrogenated derivative of a block copolymer shown by the general formula “X-Y” (X represents a polymer block immiscible with the polypropylene-based resin, and Y represents an elastomeric polymer block of a conjugated diene), and having micromachined features of a stamper precisely transferred by injection molding so that a molded surface has a plurality of recesses and/or protrusions with a depth of the recess or a length of the protrusion being 0.3 to 200 μm and a width of an opening of the recess, a width of the protrusion, or a circumscribed or inscribed circle diameter of the recess or the protrusion being 0.3 to 100 μm.
2 . The microproduct as defined in claim 1 ,
wherein the polymer block X of the hydrogenated derivative of the resin composition is polystyrene, and the polymer block Y before hydrogenation is at least one of 1,2-polyisoprene, 3,4-polyisoprene, and 1,4-polyisoprene.
3 . The microproduct as defined in claim 1 ,
wherein the polymer block X of the hydrogenated derivative of the resin composition is polystyrene, and the polymer block Y before hydrogenation is at least one of 1,2-polybutadiene and 1,4-polybutadiene.
4 . The microproduct as defined in claim 1 ,
wherein the resin composition includes a nucleating agent for the polypropylene-based resin.
5 . The microproduct as defined in claim 1 , wherein the stamper is a silicon stamper.
6 . A medical microproduct comprising the microproduct as defined in claim 1 .
7 . A microwell array chip comprising the microproduct as defined in claim 1 .
8 . A microwell position detection plate comprising the microwell array chip as defined in claim 7 and a transparent plate, a back surface of the microwell array chip being bonded to a front surface of the transparent plate by using an adhesive.
9 . A micro resin pipette tip comprising a resin composition including a polypropylene-based resin and a hydrogenated derivative of a block copolymer shown by the general formula “X-Y” (X represents a polymer block immiscible with the polypropylene-based resin, and Y represents an elastomeric polymer block of a conjugated diene), and capable of sampling or dispensing a biological substance, an organic substance, or an inorganic substance.
10 . The micro resin pipette tip as defined in claim 9 ,
wherein the polymer block X of the hydrogenated derivative of the resin composition is polystyrene, and the polymer block Y before hydrogenation is at least one of 1,2-polyisoprene, 3,4-polyisoprene, and 1,4-polyisoprene.
11 . The micro resin pipette tip as defined in claim 9 ,
wherein the polymer block X of the hydrogenated derivative of the resin composition is polystyrene, and the polymer block Y before hydrogenation is at least one of 1,2-polybutadiene and 1,4-polybutadiene.
12 . The micro resin pipette tip as defined in claim 9 , wherein the biological substance is at least one of a cell, protein, nucleic acid, cellular tissue, and bacterium.
13 . The micro resin pipette tip as defined in claim 9 , having a volume of 10 picoliters to 90 nanoliters.
14 . The micro resin pipette tip as defined in claim 9 , wherein an open end of the micro resin pipette tip has an inner diameter of 1 to 90 μm.
15 . The micro resin pipette tip as defined in claim 9 , including a nozzle hole at a center,
wherein an end portion of the micro resin pipette tip has a shape of a conical or pyramidal pipe.Cited by (0)
