Abstract

A suitcase handle with a mobile grip having both ends of the grip embedded into the handle; a torque spring being inserted in either or both connection ends of the grip to rotate and return the grip; a retainer and an arc channel being provided at both ends of the grip at where embedded into the handle to allow the retainer turning within the space defined by the arc channel, thus to limit the mobile grip to rotate and oscillate within the range of the preset angle.

Claims

a handle and a mobile grip; at least one end of the handle having an opening having a cammed inner surface and an outer wall; a first slot being provided on the outer wall of the opening; a gap provided in the outer wall of the opening; the grip being mounted between two ends of the handle; at least one end of the grip being provided with a graded protrusion; a second slot formed on the protrusion; a torque spring having an end inserted into the second slot; a locking piece inserted through the gap and the second slot to clamp onto the protrusion to lock both of the torque spring and the protrusion to the handle; wherein said protrusion includes a retainer, the retainer being a cammed outer surface portion of said protrusion corresponding to the cammed inner surface of said opening; whereby the mobile grip is provided with flexibility to turn and return while pulling a suitcase.

       2 . (canceled)

3 . The suitcase handle with a mobile grip of claim 2 , wherein, the grip has an oscillation amplitude of not greater than 360 degrees.

       4 . (canceled)

5 . The suitcase handle with a mobile grip of claim 1 , wherein, one end of the torque spring is locked into the second slot and the other end of the torque spring is fixed into the handle.
