Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 26 . (canceled)
27 . A web management system for managing at least one of web applications or web sites, the web management system comprising:
an electronically accessible content repository; one or more workflow processes capable of routing content among a plurality of users; and a template manager capable of assembling web content from composite parts to construct at least portions of a web site according to one or more standards, said composite parts including assets comprising content stored in said content repository and comprising content routed among at least some of said plurality of users, wherein the template manager is configured to automatically extract content meta-data from content of one of the assets when the content of the one of the assets is modified.
28 . The web management system of claim 27 , wherein the content comprises an image and the content meta-data comprises image meta-data.
29 . The web management system of claim 28 , wherein the image meta-data comprises image size.
30 . The web management system of claim 27 , wherein the template manager includes an asset manager for designating assets and relating the content to the designated assets.
31 . The web management system of claim 27 , wherein said workflow processes comprise predefined actions to be taken when an asset of said web site is modified.
32 . The web management system of claim 27 , wherein said template manager comprises a daemon program.
33 . The web management system of claim 27 , wherein said template manager is configured to report statistical information related to predefined quota thresholds.
34 . The web management system of claim 33 , wherein said predefined quota thresholds comprise web site size.
35 . The web management system of claim 27 , further comprising a file system for storing the web pages, and wherein said template manager is configured to sort web pages according to predefined rules.
36 . The web management system of claim 35 , wherein said predefined rules comprise rankings and wherein said rankings comprise one of alphabetical or numerical.
37 . A web management system for managing at least one of web applications or web sites, the web management system comprising:
an electronically accessible content repository; one or more workflow processes capable of routing content among a plurality of users; and a template manager capable of assembling web content from composite parts to construct at least portions of a web site according to one or more standards, said composite parts including assets comprising content stored in said content repository and comprising content routed among at least some of said plurality of users, wherein the one or more standards comprise templates governing the display of at least some of the composite parts.
38 . The web management system of claim 37 , wherein at least some of the templates utilize an XML data format.
39 . The web management system of claim 37 , wherein the one or more standards comprise a style sheet.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
