Abstract

A household-type colon hydrotherapy apparatus has a main unit, a locating plate and a remote controller. The main unit has a water inlet, a filter inside and a control panel, wherein the control panel controls and monitors the pressurizing and pumping procedures of the main unit. The locating plate connects to the main unit by a water tube and has a water passage inside and a middle extension tube communicated to the water passage and engaged a disposable insert tube. When the apparatus operates, the main unit mounts on a water tank and the locating plate is clamped between a toilet bowl and a seat cushion. Thereby, a user seating on the cushion enables to put the insert tube into the rectum and operate the main unit by remote controller or the control panel so that colon hydrotherapy is conveniently obtained in a bathroom at home.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A household-type colon hydrotherapy apparatus comprising:
 a main unit with a top having a control panel mounted on one side of the top of the main unit; a water inlet defined in the other side of the top of the main unit; and a filter accommodated in the water inlet for sterilizing water; a locating plate connected to the main unit by a water tube and having a water passage defined inside the locating plate to communicate with the water tube; a middle extension tube communicated to the water passage; and a disposable insert tube detachably engaged the middle extension tube.

       2 . The household-type colon hydrotherapy apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the control panel shows operational pressures, temperatures, water-levels and messages of empty warning of the main unit and controls and monitors pressurizing and pumping operations of the main unit.

       3 . The household-type colon hydrotherapy apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the main unit further has a cap pivotally mounted at an edge of the water inlet for covering the water inlet.

       4 . The household-type colon hydrotherapy apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the main unit further a water container attached inside the main unit and communicated with the water inlet.

       5 . The household-type colon hydrotherapy apparatus as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the water container further combines with a pump, a pressure switch, and an associated electromagnetic valve to pump the water in the water container outward at a pressurized situation.

       6 . The household-type colon hydrotherapy apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the locating plate is shaped to adapt to snugly combine with a rear top of a toilet bowl.

       7 . The household-type colon hydrotherapy apparatus as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the locating plate has an inner edge and the water passage is defined in the inner edge.

       8 . The household-type colon hydrotherapy apparatus as claimed in  claim 7 , wherein the disposable insert tube is composed of an extending section and a bending section and a straight section connected in sequence;
 the disposable insert tube has multiple spraying holes defined at a distal end of the straight section.

       9 . A household-type colon hydrotherapy apparatus comprising:
 a main unit with a top having a control panel mounted on one side of the top of the main unit; a water inlet defined in the other side of the top of the main unit; and a filter accommodated in the water inlet for sterilizing water; a locating plate connected to the main unit by a water tube and having a water passage defined inside the locating plate to communicate with the water tube; a middle extension tube communicated to the water passage; and a disposable insert tube detachably engaged the middle extension tube; and a controller operating the main unit in hand.

       10 . The household-type colon hydrotherapy apparatus as claimed in claim 9 ,
 wherein the controller is a remote controller to operate the main unit in a wireless way.
