Abstract
An improved cleaning composition adapted to clean a variety of hard surfaces. The improved cleaning composition includes a cationic biocide that includes biguanide compounds and/or quats.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 111 . (canceled)
112 . A wipe comprising:
a. a nonwoven layer formed from fibers selected from the group consisting of spunbond, meltblown, bonded-carded and combinations thereof; and b. 0.02 to 0.04% quaternary ammonium biocide.
113 . The wipe of claim 112 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide is selected from the group consisting of alkyldimethylethylbenzyl ammonium quat, alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium quat, di(C6-C14)alkyl dimethyl quat, and combinations thereof.
114 . The wipe of claim 112 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises alkyldimethylethylbenzyl ammonium quat.
115 . The wipe of claim 112 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium quat.
116 . The wipe of claim 112 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises di(C6-C14)alkyl dimethyl quat.
117 . A substrate comprising:
a. a nonwoven layer formed from fibers selected from the group consisting of spunbond, meltblown, bonded-carded and combinations thereof; and b. 0.01 to 0.1 % quaternary ammonium biocide.
118 . The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide is selected from the group consisting of alkyldimethylethylbenzyl ammonium quat, alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium quat, di(C6-C14)alkyl dimethyl quat, and combinations thereof.
119 . The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises alkyldimethylethylbenzyl ammonium quat.
120 . The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium quat.
121 . The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises di(C6-C14)alkyl dimethyl quat.
122 . The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the layer comprises spunbond fibers.
123 . The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the layer comprises meltblown fibers.
124 . The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the layer comprises bonded-carded fibers.
125 . A substrate comprising:
a. a nonwoven layer formed from fibers selected from the group consisting of spunbond, meltblown, bonded-carded and combinations thereof; b. 0.001 to 5% ethanol; c. 0.001 to 5% surfactant; and d. 0.02 to 0.1 % quaternary ammonium biocide.
126 . The substrate of claim 125 , wherein the substrate additionally comprises 0.001 to 5% of a solvent having a boiling point greater than 150° C.
127 . The substrate of claim 125 , wherein the solvent comprises ethyleneglycol butylether.
128 . The substrate of claim 125 , wherein the surfactant comprises an ethoxylated alcohol.
129 . The substrate of claim 125 , wherein the surfactant comprises an alkylpolyglycoside.
130 . The substrate of claim 125 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide is selected from the group consisting of alkyldimethylethylbenzyl ammonium quat, alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium quat, di(C6-C14)alkyl dimethyl quat, and combinations thereof.
131 . The substrate of claim 125 , wherein the surfactant is selected from the group consisting of ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymers, esters of fatty acids and hydrophilic alcohols, sorbitan monooleates, and combinations thereof.
132 . The substrate of claim 125 , wherein the surfactant comprises an ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymer.
