. The wipe of claim 112 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises alkyldimethylethylbenzyl ammonium quat.

. The wipe of claim 112 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium quat.

. The wipe of claim 112 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises di(C6-C14)alkyl dimethyl quat.

. A substrate comprising:
 a. a nonwoven layer formed from fibers selected from the group consisting of spunbond, meltblown, bonded-carded and combinations thereof; and b. 0.01 to 0.1 % quaternary ammonium biocide.

. The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide is selected from the group consisting of alkyldimethylethylbenzyl ammonium quat, alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium quat, di(C6-C14)alkyl dimethyl quat, and combinations thereof.

. The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises alkyldimethylethylbenzyl ammonium quat.

. The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium quat.

. The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the quaternary ammonium biocide comprises di(C6-C14)alkyl dimethyl quat.

. The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the layer comprises spunbond fibers.

. The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the layer comprises meltblown fibers.

. The substrate of claim 117 , wherein the layer comprises bonded-carded fibers.

. A substrate comprising:
 a. a nonwoven layer formed from fibers selected from the group consisting of spunbond, meltblown, bonded-carded and combinations thereof; b. 0.001 to 5% ethanol; c. 0.001 to 5% surfactant; and d. 0.02 to 0.1 % quaternary ammonium biocide.

. The substrate of claim 125 , wherein the substrate additionally comprises 0.001 to 5% of a solvent having a boiling point greater than 150° C.
