Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . Tocopherol succinate paclitaxel.

2 . A method for treating a cell proliferative disease, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of tocopherol succinate paclitaxel.

3 . A method for treating a cell proliferative disease, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an emulsion comprising:
 (a) an oil phase comprising
 (i) tocopherol succinate paclitaxel; and
 (ii) a lipophilic medium; and
   (b) an aqueous phase.

4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the lipophilic medium comprises a tocopherol.

5 . A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and tocopherol succinate paclitaxel.

6 . The composition of claim 5 , wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier comprises a lipophilic medium.

7 . The composition of claim 5 , wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier comprises a tocopherol.

         8 . Tocopherol succinate docetaxel.

9 . A method for treating a cell proliferative disease, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of tocopherol succinate docetaxel.

10 . A method for treating a cell proliferative disease, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an emulsion comprising:
 (a) an oil phase comprising
 (i) tocopherol succinate docetaxel; and
 (ii) a lipophilic medium; and
   (b) an aqueous phase.

11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the lipophilic medium comprises a tocopherol.

12 . A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and tocopherol succinate docetaxel.

13 . The composition of claim 12 , wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier comprises a lipophilic medium.

14 . The composition of claim 12 , wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier comprises a tocopherol.
