Buffer and partition fixture for fans and fixture for rotating objects

Abstract

A buffer and partition fixture for fans and a fixture for rotating objects have a plurality of elastic fixtures between a rotating object such as a motor or a fan and a fixed object such as a casing. The rotating object is raised and mounted onto the fixed object. With the elastic buffer and partition function provided by the elastic fixtures, the rotating object is not in direct contract with the fixed object. Noises and vibrations, produced by the operation of the rotating object, are reduced, and the stability of a computer system is maintained while sound pollution is prevented.

1 . A buffer and partition fixture for fans, comprising: 
 a casing;    a fan, installed inside said casing;    a motor, coupled to said fan and having a connecting base, said connecting base having a plurality of first fixing holes; and    a plurality of elastic fixtures, installing a first fixing section and a second fixing section separated by an interval;    whereby said first fixing section of said elastic fixture is fixed into said first fixing hole of said connecting base of said motor, said second fixing section of said elastic fixture is fixed onto said casing, and said motor is raised and mounted onto said casing.

The buffer and partition fixture for fans of  claim 1 , wherein said casing has a lateral side fixed to a fixed base by a screw, said fixed base has a plurality of second fixing holes therein, and said second fixed section of said elastic fixture is fixed into said second fixing hole of said fixed base.

The buffer and partition fixture for fans of  claim 2 , wherein said second fixed section of said elastic fixture includes a second groove around an external periphery of said second fixed section of said elastic fixture, and said second groove of said elastic fixture is latched into said second fixing hole.

The buffer and partition fixture for fans of  claim 1 , wherein said first fixed section of said elastic fixture includes a first groove disposed at an external periphery of said fixed section of said elastic fixture, and said first fixing hole of said first connecting base of said motor includes a protruding member disposed at the internal periphery of said first fixing hole and corresponding to said first groove, whereby first groove is latched by said protruding member.  
   
   
       5 . The buffer and partition fixture for fans of  claim 1 , wherein said elastic fixture is an elastomer.  
   
   
       6 . The buffer and partition fixture for fans of  claim 1 , wherein said fixture is a cylindrical object.  
   
   
       7 . The buffer and partition fixture for fans of  claim 1 , wherein said fan is a cross flow fan, an axial flow fan, or a snail fan.  
   
   
       8 . A fixture for rotating objects, comprising: 
 a fixed object:    a rotating object, including a plurality of first fixing holes;    a plurality of elastic fixtures, including a first fixed section and a second fixed section separated by an interval, wherein said first fixed section of said elastic fixture is fixed into said first fixing hole of said rotating object, and said second fixed section of said elastic fixture is fixed onto said fixed object, whereby rotating object is raised and mounted onto said fixed object.

The fixture for rotating objects of  claim 8 , wherein said fixed object is fixed to a fixed base by a screw, said fixed base includes a plurality of second fixing holes, and said second fixed section of said elastic fixture is fixed into said second fixing hole of said fixed base.

The fixture for rotating objects of  claim 9 , wherein said second fixed section of said elastic fixture includes a second groove disposed around the external periphery of said second fixed section of said elastic fixture, and said second groove of said elastic fixture is latched into said second fixing hole.  
   
   
       11 . The fixture for rotating objects of  claim 8 , wherein said first fixed section of said elastic fixture includes a first groove disposed at the external periphery of said fixed section of said elastic fixture, and said first fixing hole of said rotating object includes a protruding member disposed at the internal periphery of said first fixing hole and corresponding to said first groove, whereby first groove is latched by said protruding member.  
   
   
       12 . The fixture for rotating objects of  claim 8 , wherein said elastic fixture is an elastomer.  
   
   
       13 . The fixture for rotating objects of  claim 8 , wherein said fixture is a cylindrical object.  
   
   
       14 . The fixture for rotating objects of  claim 8 , wherein said fixed object is a casing and said rotating object is a motor.  
   
   
       15 . The fixture for rotating objects of  claim 8 , wherein said rotating object is a fan.  
   
   
       16 . The fixture for rotating objects of  claim 8 , wherein said fan is a cross flow fan, an axial flow fan, or a snail fan.
