       5 . A bait cutting table for use with an adjustable drink holder for fishing boats comprising of; 
 a flat cutting board surface perpendicular to a cylindrical portion that fits securely into the open cup portion of an adjustable drink holder for fishing boats.    
   
   
       6 . A bait cutting table as described in  claim 5 , having a holder for a knife, such that the knife blade is fully covered for safety when the knife is in the holder.  
   
   
       7 . A bait cutting table as described in  claim 5 , having small holes for use as holders for hooks and larger wholes for use as holders of fishing tools and pliers.  
   
   
       8 . A bait cutting table for use with fishing boats having a cutting board surface of 144 square inches or less that fits into a rod holder for fishing boats.  
   
   
       9 . A bait cutting table as described in  claim 8 , having a holder for a knife, such that the knife blade is fully covered for safety when the knife is in the holder.  
   
   
       10 . A bait cutting table as described in  claim 8 , having small holes for use as holders for hooks and larger wholes for use as holders of fishing tools and pliers.
