Abstract

An optical projection display member includes an optical focusing structure, an optical panel, and a light-absorbing layer. The optical focusing structure has a plurality of micro-optical focusing components. The light-absorbing layer is located between the optical focusing structure and the optics panel. The light-absorbing layer has a plurality of optical transmitting windows corresponding with the micro-optical focusing components. The optical transmitting windows are formed by an optical exposure-developing step.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An optical projection display member comprising:
an optical focusing structure having a plurality of micro-optical focusing components; and a light-absorbing layer located near focal points of the optical focusing structure, and having a plurality of optical windows that are corresponding to the micro-optical focusing components, wherein the position of each optical window is arranged according to the predetermined incident angle of light beam entering the corresponding micro-optical focusing component.

2 . The optical projection display member as described in claim 1 , further comprising an optical panel, and the light-absorbing layer being located between the optical focusing structure and the optical panel.

3 . The optical projection display member as described in claim 1 , wherein the light source is positioned approximately to an image source for optical projection, and the light source is selected from a group consisting of point light source, line light source, and plane light source.

4 . The optical projection display member as described in claim 1 , wherein the incident light beams are focused by the micro-optical focusing components at different focusing spots, and the positions of the optical windows are arranged according to respective focused light-spots of the incident light beams having entered the optical focusing structure.

5 . The optical projection display member as described in claim 1 , wherein the optical windows are formed by a material selected from a group consisting of an air medium, an optical diffusion transmissive substance, an optical transmissive substance, and an optical diffusion reflection substance.

6 . The optical projection display member as described in claim 1 , further comprising an optical diffusion transmissive substance layer located between the light-absorbing layer and the optical focusing structure.

7 . The optical projection display member as described in claim 1 , further comprising an ultra-thin magnifying lens located at a light-receiving side of the optical focusing structure.

8 . The optical projection display member as described in claim 8 , wherein a type of the ultra-thin magnifying lens is selected from a group consisting of a holograms type or a Fresnel lens type.

9 . An optical projection device comprising:
an optical projection assembly for providing image-forming light beams; and an optical projection display member for receiving the image-forming light beams from the optical projection assembly, wherein the optical projection display member comprises: an optical focusing structure having a plurality of micro-optical focusing components; and a light-absorbing layer located near focal points of the optical focusing structure, and having a plurality of optical windows that are corresponding to the micro-optical focusing components, wherein the position of each optical window is arranged according to the incident angle of the image-forming light beam entering the corresponding micro-optical focusing component.

10 . The optical projection device as described in claim 9 , further comprising an optical panel, and the light-absorbing layer being located between the optical focusing structure and the optical panel.

11 . The optical projection device as described in claim 9 , wherein the optical projection assembly comprises:
a light valve for producing an image; and a projection lens for receiving the image and outputting the image-forming light beams.

12 . The optical projection device as described in claim 9 , wherein the optical transmitting windows are formed by a material selected from a group consisting of an air medium, an optical diffusion transmissive substance, an optical transmissive substance, and an optical diffusion reflection substance.

13 . The optical projection device as described in claim 9 , further comprising an optical diffusion transmissive substance layer located between the light-absorbing layer and the optical focusing structure.

14 . The optical projection device as described in claim 9 , further comprising an ultra-thin magnifying lens located at a light-receiving side of the optical focusing structure.

15 . The optical projection device as described in claim 14 , wherein a type of the ultra-thin magnifying lens is selected form a group consisting of a holograms type or a Fresnel lens type.
