Abstract

The invention involves a device for closing packages, in particular for single use, of bottle types or packs that can be nested and recycled. The inner membrane sealed capsule permits advances in terms of storage and hygiene. It is of interest to the packaging sectors that contain a product at atmospheric pressure or under pressure, for aerated or sparkling beverages for instances, for varied products such as foods, pharmaceuticals, chemical products, etc.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 9 . (canceled)

10 . An encapsulating device for packaging, comprising:
a package having an opening; a capsule having a cap, the capsule being sealingly joined to the opening in the package; a lid releasably sealed to the package for encapsulating the capsule and the cap.

11 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , further comprising:
a hermetic seal disposed between the capsule and the cap.

12 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the capsule is prefabricated and secondarily joined to the package at the level.

13 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the lid includes a pull tab.

14 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , further comprising:
a cutting wire for separating the lid from the package.

15 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the cap is a centered screw cap.

16 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the cap is an off-centered screw cap.

17 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the lid is configured to facilitate the stacking of packages one upon another.

18 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the lid is configured to facilitate vertical nesting of packages.

19 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , further comprising:
a cavity formed between the lid, the capsule, and the cap.

20 . The encapsulating device according to claim 19 , further comprising:
an indicator disposed within the cavity.

21 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , further comprising:
a means for separating the capsule from the package.

22 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the lid and capsule form a flexible rim on the package.

23 . The encapsulating device according to claim 22 , wherein the rim is solid.

24 . The encapsulating device according to claim 22 , wherein the rim is hollow.

25 . The encapsulating device according to claim 22 , wherein the rim is lap jointed.

26 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the package includes a curled-up collar adapted to be uncurled during use.

27 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the package has multiple openings, each opening being sealed with a cap and a lid.

28 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the capsule has the form of a truncated cone.

29 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the capsule has the form of an inverted truncated cone.

30 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the capsule has the form of a truncated cone.

31 . The encapsulating device according to claim 10 , wherein the lid has edges that are parallel with the package.
