Abstract
A blower fan with two heads has an upper shell, a lower shell, a plate, and a motor. Two air passages are formed between the upper shell and the lower shell due to the plate being mounted between them so that the present invention is compact and the manufacture cost is effective.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A blower fan with two heads comprising:
an upper shell ( 10 ) having a ceiling ( 11 ), multiple air inlets ( 12 ) respectively defined in the ceiling ( 11 ), a first rim ( 13 ) downwardly formed on a periphery of the ceiling ( 11 ), a first lug ( 111 ) integrally formed on an edge of and parallel to the ceiling ( 11 ), and multiple air outlets ( 15 ) respectively defined under the first lug ( 111 ); a lower shell ( 60 ) having a flat ( 61 ), a second rim ( 62 ) upwardly formed on a periphery of the flat ( 61 ), a second lug ( 611 ) integrally formed on an edge of an parallel to the flat ( 61 ), multiple air ports ( 64 ) respectively defined under the second lug ( 611 ), a wall ( 65 ) mounted under an interior of the flat ( 61 ) and covered with a base ( 66 ) to form a chamber ( 68 ), multiple air entries ( 37 ) defined in the base ( 66 ); a plate ( 30 ) provided between the upper shell ( 10 ) and the lower shell ( 60 ) and mounted with a bearing seat ( 31 ), a bearing ( 34 ) mounted on the bearing seat ( 31 ), whereby the upper shell ( 10 ) and the lower shell ( 60 ) are respectively sealed by the plate ( 30 ) thereby forming two air passages; and a motor ( 50 ) provided between the upper shell ( 10 ) and the lower shell ( 60 ) and having an axle ( 51 ), an impeller ( 20 ) mounted on a top end of the axle ( 51 ) and received into the upper shell ( 10 ) due to the axle ( 51 ) being inserted into the bearing ( 34 ) upwards, and a vane wheel ( 40 ) mounted on a lower end of the axle ( 51 ) and received into the lower shell ( 60 ) and mounted on the plate ( 30 ).
2 . The blower fan with two heads as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a protrusion ( 65 ) is formed on the wall ( 65 ), as least one aperture ( 652 ) is defined in the protrusion ( 65 ) whereby wires are inserted into the chamber ( 38 ) through the apertures ( 652 ) to electrically connect to the motor ( 50 ).
3 . The blower fan with two heads as claimed in claim 2 , wherein a circular channel ( 511 ) is defined in a distal end of the axle ( 51 ) to be mated with a ring ( 35 ).
4 . The blower fan with two heads as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the plate ( 30 ) has multiple orifices ( 301 ) defined in a periphery thereof, and multiple fingers ( 32 ), each of which has a through hole defined in a center of the finger ( 32 ), defined in an edge of the plate ( 30 ).
5 . The blower fan with two heads as claimed in claim 4 , wherein a first and a second slat ( 33 , 33 a ) are integrally formed on two edges of the plate ( 30 ), the first slat ( 33 ) corresponding to the first lug ( 111 ) whereby the first lug ( 111 ) can be covered and sealed, and the second slat ( 33 a ) is relative to the second lug ( 611 ) whereby the second lug ( 611 ) can be covered and sealed.
6 . The blower fan with two heads as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the first and the second slats ( 33 , 33 a ), parallel to each other, extend in an opposed direction.
7 . The blower fan with two heads as claimed in claim 5 , wherein multiple bars ( 63 ), each of which has a through opening, are respectively mounted on a top outer wall of the second rim ( 62 ) whereby screws can be inserted into the orifices ( 301 ) and the corresponding bars ( 63 ) thereby engaging the plate ( 30 ) with the lower shell ( 60 ).
8 . The blower fan with two heads as claimed in claim 5 , wherein multiple rods ( 14 ), each of which has a groove, are respectively mounted on a lower outer wall of the first rim ( 13 ) whereby screws can be inserted into the fingers ( 32 ) and the corresponding rods ( 14 ) thereby engaging the plate ( 30 ) with the upper shell ( 10 ).
9 . The blower fan with two heads as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the first slat ( 33 ) is perpendicular to the second slat ( 33 a ).Cited by (0)
