An accessory for a transformable toy comprising of an accessory body; and an attachment component configured to couple the accessory body to the toy, the toy transformable between a vehicle configuration and a second configuration, where the toy remains assembled during transformation, wherein the accessory body is removably attachable to the toy in the vehicle configuration in a first play configuration and is removably attachable to the toy in the second configuration in a second play configuration.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An accessory for a transformable toy comprising:
an accessory body; and an attachment component configured to couple the accessory body to the toy, the toy transformable between a vehicle configuration and a second configuration, where the toy remains assembled during transformation, wherein the accessory body is removably attachable to the toy in the vehicle configuration in a first play configuration and is removably attachable to the toy in the second configuration in a second play configuration.

2 . The accessory of claim 1 , wherein the attachment component is a clip configured to receive a portion of the toy in at least one of the vehicle configuration and the second configuration.

3 . The accessory of claim 1 , wherein the attachment component is a shaft configured to be received by an opening disposed on the toy in at least one of the vehicle configuration and the second configuration.

4 . The accessory of claim 1 , wherein the attachment component is configured to be received by an accessory specific receiver disposed on the toy in at least one of the vehicle configuration and the second configuration.

5 . The accessory of claim 1 , wherein the accessory body further is configured to be coupled to a figure as a backpack.

6 . The accessory of claim 1 , wherein the second configuration of the toy is a powersuit configuration and the accessory is configured to be removably coupled to the toy in the powersuit configuration.

7 . The accessory of claim 1 , wherein the accessory body simulates a vehicle component when coupled to the toy in the vehicle configuration.

8 . The accessory of claim 1 , wherein the accessory further includes a sub-accessory, wherein the sub-accessory is releasably coupled the accessory body; and an actuator disposed on a surface of the accessory body, wherein the actuator when actuated affects the sub-accessory to be forcibly ejected from the accessory body.

       9 . The accessory of claim 8 , wherein the sub-accessory simulates a projectile.

10 . The accessory of claim 9 , wherein the projectile is configured to actuate an engagement device of a second toy, wherein actuation of the engagement device affects disassembly of the second toy.

       11 . A toy comprising:
a frame reconfigurable between a first configuration and a second configuration; a accessory receiver on the frame accessible from both the first configuration and the second configuration; and an accessory configured to be removably coupled to the accessory receiver, wherein the accessory when coupled to the frame in the first configuration provides a first play state and when coupled to the frame in the second configuration provides a second play state.

12 . The toy of claim 11 , wherein the accessory is configured to be received in an accessory receiver of a second toy.

13 . The toy of claim 11 , wherein the accessory receiver is disposed on a first portion of the frame in the first configuration and a second portion of the frame in a second configuration.

14 . The toy of claim 11 , wherein the frame includes a plurality of accessory receivers.

15 . The toy of claim 14 , wherein the accessory may be interchangeably received within each of the plurality of accessory receivers.

16 . The toy of claim 11 , wherein the first configuration is a vehicle configuration.

17 . The toy of claim 11 , wherein the first play state simulates a vehicle component.

18 . The toy of claim 11 , wherein the second play state simulates one of a tool and a weapon.

       19 . A toy assembly, comprising:
an accessory; a transformable toy reconfigurable, without disassembly, between a vehicle configuration and a second configuration, the transformable toy further configured to removably receive the accessory in both the vehicle configuration and the second configuration; a sub-accessory releasably coupled to the accessory; wherein the accessory further includes an actuator configured to uncouple the sub-accessory from the accessory when actuated.

20 . The toy assembly of claim 19 , wherein the accessory simulates a first play component when received by the transformable toy in the vehicle configuration and simulates a second play component when received by the transformable toy in the second configuration.

21 . The toy assembly of claim 20 , wherein the first play component is a simulated vehicle component and the second play component is a simulated weapon.

22 . The toy assembly of claim 20 , wherein the sub-accessory simulates a projectile and is ejected from the accessory when the actuator is actuated.
