Information processing method and apparatus for virtual try-on

Abstract

A state close to real shopping by plural persons is realized in on-line shopping. This invention includes if a registration request of a first user enabling browsing of an image of a virtual try-on scene is received, registering information concerning the first user, and if a browsing request of the image of the virtual try-on scene is received from a terminal of the first user registered as being capable of browsing the image of the virtual try-on scene, creating the image of the virtual try-on scene on the basis of at least one of the information concerning the registered first user and information concerning a specific person appearing on the virtual try-on scene and transmitting it to the terminal of the first user.

1 . A method for processing a settlement of a commodity used for virtual try-on of a specific person, said method comprising: 
 receiving a request to cause said specific person to virtually try on a commodity from a terminal of a first user;    upon said receiving, registering information concerning said commodity in association with said specific person;    receiving a settlement request designating said commodity or said specific person from a terminal of a second user who is different from said specific user; and    upon said receiving said settlement request, charging said second user as a payer for the designated commodity or commodities on which said specific person virtually tries.    
     
     
         2 . The method as set forth in  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 receiving information concerning a payment sum of said second user as said payer from said terminal of said second user; and    upon said receiving said information, charging said payment sum to said second user as said payer in accordance with the received information.    
     
     
         3 . The method as set forth in  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 receiving instruction information of payment sharing from said terminal of said second user; and    upon said receiving said instruction information, charging a payment sum calculated based on said instruction information of said payment sharing to said second user as said payer.    
     
     
         4 . The method as set forth in  claim 2 , further comprising: 
 receiving a second settlement request relating to said settlement request, from a terminal of a third user;    receiving information concerning a payment sum of said third user as a payer from said terminal of said third user;    detecting that a total of payment sums of said second user and said third user as payers reaches an order price of said designated commodity or said commodities on which said specific person virtually tried; and    starting an order processing for said designated commodity or said commodities.    
     
     
         5 . A program, embodied on a medium, causing a computer to process a settlement of a commodity used for virtual try-on of a specific person, said program comprising: 
 receiving a request to cause said specific person to virtually try on a commodity from a terminal of a first user;    upon said receiving, registering information concerning said commodity in association with said specific person;    receiving a settlement request designating said commodity or said specific person from a terminal of a second user who is different from said specific user; and    upon said receiving said settlement request, charging said second user as a payer for the designated commodity or commodities on which said specific person virtually tries.    
     
     
         6 . The program as set forth in  claim 5 , further comprising: 
 receiving information concerning a payment sum of said second user as said payer from said terminal of said second user; and    upon said receiving said information, charging said payment sum to said second user as said payer in accordance with the received information.    
     
     
         7 . The program as set forth in  claim 5 , further comprising: 
 receiving instruction information of payment sharing from said terminal of said second user; and    upon said receiving said instruction information, charging a payment sum calculated based on said instruction information of said payment sharing to said second user as said payer.    
     
     
         8 . The program as set forth in  claim 6 , further comprising: 
 receiving a second settlement request relating to said settlement request, from a terminal of a third user;    receiving information concerning a payment sum of said third user as a payer from said terminal of said third user;    detecting that a total of payment sums of said second user and said third user as payers reaches an order price of said designated commodity or said commodities on which said specific person virtually tried; and    starting an order processing for said designated commodity or said commodities.    
     
     
         9 . An apparatus for processing a settlement of a commodity used for virtual try-on of a specific person, the apparatus comprising: 
 means for receiving a request to cause said specific person to virtually try on a commodity from a terminal of a first user;    means for registering, upon receiving said request, information concerning said commodity in association with said specific person;    means for receiving a settlement request designating said commodity or said specific person from a terminal of a second user who is different from said specific user; and    means for charging, upon receiving said settlement request, said second user as a payer for the designated commodity or commodities on which said specific person virtually tries.
