Oven with filter for filtering oil smoke

Abstract

An oven with filter for filtering oil smoke comprises a receiving chamber; a fan chamber adjacent to the receiving chamber; a plurality of wind outlets formed between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; a plurality of wind returning holes formed between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; a fan installed in the fan chamber; a slot at an outer side of a casing of the oven; the slot being communicated to the receiving chamber and between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; and a filter inserted into the slot. In roasting, air with oil smoke is transferred into the fan chamber from the wind returning holes and is then filtered by the filter; and then air is transferred into the receiving chamber.

1 . An oven with filter for filtering oil smoke comprising; 
 a receiving chamber;    a fan chamber adjacent to the receiving chamber;    a wind outlet formed between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber;    a plurality of wind returning holes formed between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber a fan installed in the fan chamber;    a slot at an outer side of a casing of the oven; the slot being communicated to the receiving chamber; and    a filter inserted into the slot;    wherein in roasting, air with oil smoke is transferred into the fan chamber from the wind returning holes and is then filtered by the filter; and then air is transferred into the receiving chamber.    
   
   
       2 . The oven as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein an outer side of the filter is installed with a handle.
