Preparation for preventing contact of pathogenic matter with living organism

Abstract

Intermolecular mutual recognition between pathogenic matter, such as allergen group or disease-causing microbe, capable of functioning at the attachment thereof to living organism and a living organism is inhibited by the use of pectins or nucleic acids.

       34 . A contact preventive biological preparation for preventing contact of an allergen with a living body, comprising at least one of a uronic acid-containing polysaccharide, derivative thereof, a nucleic acid, and derivative thereof.  
   
   
       35 . The contact preventive biological preparation of  claim 34 , further comprising a component of plant origin.  
   
   
       36 . The contact preventive biological preparation of  claim 34 , wherein said allergen is a pollen allergen.  
   
   
       37 . The contact preventive biological preparation of  claim 34 , further comprising at least one of any other saccharide, a macromolecular compound, and a nonionic surface-active agent.

       39 . A contact preventive biological preparation for preventing contact of a pathogenic microbe with a living body, comprising at least one of a uronic acid-containing polysaccharide, derivative thereof, a nucleic acid, and derivative thereof.  
   
   
       40 . The contact preventive biological preparation of  claim 39 , further comprising at least one of any other saccharide, a macromolecular compound, and a nonionic surface-active agent.  
   
   
       41 . A biological preparation for external application comprising the contact preventive biological preparation of  claim 39 .

A contact preventive method for preventing contact of a disease-state inducing substance with a living body, comprising the step of applying around part of the living body a contact preventive biological preparation containing at least one of a uronic acid-containing polysaccharide, derivative thereof, a nucleic acid, and derivative thereof.  
   
   
       43 . The contact preventive method of  claim 42 , wherein the contact preventive biological preparation is a biological preparation for external application.  
   
   
       44 . The contact preventive method of  claim 42 , wherein the contact preventive biological preparation contains at least one of any other polysaccharide, a macromolecular compound, and a nonionic surface-active agent.

A contact preventive method for preventing contact of an allergen with a living body, comprising the step of applying around part of the living body a contact preventive biological preparation containing at least one of a uronic acid-containing polysaccharide, derivative thereof, a nucleic acid, and derivative thereof.  
   
   
       46 . The contact preventive method of  claim 45 , wherein the contact preventive biological preparation is a biological preparation for external application.  
   
   
       47 . The contact preventive method of  claim 45 , wherein the contact preventive biological preparation contains any other component of plant origin.  
   
   
       48 . The contact preventive method of  claim 45 , wherein said allergen is a pollen allergen.  
   
   
       49 . The contact preventive method of  claim 45 , wherein the contact preventive biological preparation contains at least one of any other saccharide, a macromolecular compound, and a nonionic surface-active agent.

A contact preventive method for preventing contact of a pathogenic microbe with a living body, comprising the step of applying around part of the living body a contact preventive biological preparation containing at least one of a uronic acid-containing polysaccharide, derivative thereof, a nucleic acid, and derivative thereof.  
   
   
       51 . The contact preventive method of  claim 50 , wherein the contact preventive biological preparation contains at least one of any other saccharide, a macromolecular compound, and a nonionic surface-active agent.  
   
   
       52 . A curative biological preparation for skin or mucous membrane inflammatory diseases, comprising at least one of a uronic acid-containing polysaccharide, derivative thereof, a nucleic acid, and derivative thereof.
