Abstract

A control method for discharging condensed water from a movable air conditioner is provided. No manual operation is necessary to empty the condensed water container. When the condensed water level is higher than a predetermined water level, the conditioner enters into a strong drainage mode operation. Condensing temperature increases and a pump for spraying is activated. The evaporating and draining speed increase as well. Evaporated condensed water will be discharged outdoor as air discharged from the condenser by the exhaust pipe; the rest of the condensed water will flow downward from the condenser to a water tank. When condensed water level bellows the predetermined water level, the conditioner exits the strong drainage mode and enters into a normal operation mode. The heat exchange efficiency of the condenser is also improved by utilizing the condensed water spray circulation system.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A movable air conditioner comprises:
a cooling system including a compressor, an evaporator, a throttle member, and a condenser organized in a certain order; a spray system including a water tank, a pump, and a water level regulator; and a fan system including a fan, a motor, and an exhaust pipe connected to the condenser.

2 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the fan system further comprises an electronic control system that controls the air intake of the condenser and the pump operation.

3 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 2 further comprises an exhaust valve controlled by the electronic control system.

4 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the exhaust valve is provided at the air intake channel of the condenser and the air intake channel of the evaporator.

5 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the condenser and evaporator respectively employ an independent fan motor.

6 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the fan motor is controlled by an electronic control system.

7 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the condenser is under the evaporator.

8 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 7 , wherein a spray container is provided between the condenser and the evaporator.

9 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 1 , wherein when water level of the water tank reaches a predetermined spray level, the water level regulator activates the pump to pump water to the condenser for circulation.

10 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the water level of the water tank reaches a predetermined drainage level, or remains higher than the spray level for a predetermined period of time, the water level regulator signals an electronic control system and enters into a strong drainage mode.

11 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 10 , wherein the electronic control system controls an exhaust valve to adjusting the air intake of the condenser.

12 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the strong drainage mode will decrease the air intake of the condenser; and evaporate or discharge the evaporated condensed water.

13 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the air intake of the condenser under the strong drainage mode is 40%˜80% of the air intake amount during a normal operation mode.

14 . The movable air conditioner as claimed in claim 13 , wherein the condensing temperature under the strong drainage mode is 5˜20° C. higher than the temperature during a normal operation mode.

15 . A method for discharging condensed water from a movable air conditioner comprises:
providing a water level regulator; providing a spray container between a condenser and an evaporator; and providing a water tank for collecting condensed water.

16 . The condensed water discharging method as claimed in claim 15 further comprises providing a pump and controlling the pump by the water level regulator.

17 . The condensed water discharging method as claimed in claim 16 further comprises pumping water from the water tank to the condenser for circulation after receiving signal from the water level regulator when water level reaches a predetermined spray level.

18 . The condensed water discharging method as claimed in claim 17 further comprises entering into a strong drainage mode after receiving signal from the water level regulator when the water level remains higher than the spray level for a predetermined period of time.

19 . The condensed water discharging method as claimed in claim 18 further comprises controlling an exhaust valve by the electronic control system to adjusting the air intake of the condenser.

20 . The condensed water discharging method as claimed in claim 19 further comprises decreasing the air intake of the condenser and evaporating or discharging the evaporated condensed water during a strong drainage mode.
