Abstract

A rail fixing structure of a drawer which houses clothing and the like. The present invention provides a rail fixing part structure easy in a mounting operation. A chest is constructed by a wooden chest body and a drawer of a synthetic resin, and a drawer body is formed into a rectangular container shape. Metal rails that slidably support the drawer at the chest body are fixed to both side portions of the body, and flanges which extend toward the drawer are provided at rail lower edge portions. A side folded part and a rear folded part which are each constituted of an outward extending surface extending toward an outside and a downward extending surface extending downward are provided at an upper edge portion of the body. Upper ribs extending downward are provided at both ends of the side folded part and the rear folded part, while lower ribs extending in a vertical direction are provided at a side surface, so that the flange of the rail can be vertically sandwiched with the upper ribs and the lower ribs.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A rail fixing part structure comprising:
metal rail slidably supporting a drawer housed in a body, said drawer being synthetic resin; said metal rail fixed to said drawer; a flange provided at said rail, said flange extending toward said drawer; and ribs provided at a side surface of said drawer, said ribs vertically sandwiching said flange.

2 . The rail fixing part structure according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a support surface provided at a an upper end portion of said rib, said support surface extending along said flange; and said rib supporting a lower surface of said flange.

3 . The rail fixing part structure according to claim 1 or 2 , further comprising:
a screw-in part provided at said drawer, said screw-in part being connected to said flange so that said flange of said rail is sandwiched between said ribs.
