Abstract
In the case of a clamping element for connecting a motor shaft to a transmission via a hub ( 3 ), in particular transmission component, such as transmission drive shaft, sun wheel, clutch or the like, with at least one fixing element ( 7 ) being inserted radially in the clamping element, the fixing element ( 7 ) is at the same time to form both a radial element for securing the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) against rotation and an axial element for securing the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) with respect to the hub ( 3 ).
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Clamp for connecting a motor shaft to a transmission component via a hub ( 3 ), comprising at least one fixing element ( 7 ) inserted radially in a clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ), wherein the fixing element ( 7 ) forms both a radial means for securing the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) against rotation and an axial means of securing the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) with respect to a hub ( 3 ).
2 . Clamp for connecting a motor shaft to a transmission component via a hub ( 3 ) comprising at least one fixing element ( 7 ) inserted radially in a clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ), wherein the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) forms an elastically deformable region over an at least one hole ( 12 ), wherein the deformable region is arranged approximately opposite a gap ( 8 ) of the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) and wherein the at least one hole ( 12 ) forms a mass balance for an unbalanced mass arising because of the gap ( 8 ) and the fixing element ( 7 ).
3 . Clamp according to claim 1 , wherein the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) is cylindrical and is in the form of a ring, and has a radial gap ( 8 ) which with at least one fixing element ( 7 ) to adjust an inside diameter.
4 . Clamp according to claim 2 , wherein at least one hole ( 12 ) is provided opposite the gap ( 8 ), wherein the hole is used for the mass balance and simultaneous formation of an elastically deformable region in order to elastically deform the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) radially by means of the fixing element ( 7 ).
5 . Clamp according to claim 4 , wherein at least one weight can be inserted into the at least one hole ( 12 ) to balance an unbalanced mass so as to provide mass balance.
6 . Clamp according to claim 1 or claim 2 , wherein the fixing element ( 7 ) extends radially through the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) and at least slightly radially protrudes out of an inner circumferential surface ( 6 ).
7 . Clamp according to claim 6 , wherein the hub ( 3 ) comprises a sleeve having at least one recess ( 13 ) or through hole ( 11 ).
8 . Clamp according to claim 7 , wherein the at least one recess ( 13 ) or through hole ( 11 ) of the hub ( 3 ) is provided in a flange region ( 2 ).
9 . Clamp according to claim 8 , wherein the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) can be put onto the flange region ( 2 ) of the hub ( 3 ) and, after the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) is put onto the flange region ( 2 ) of the hub ( 3 ), the fixing element ( 7 ) passes into engagement with the recess ( 13 ) or the through hole ( 11 ) in an aligned manner in order to form a radial and axial means of securing the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) against rotation with respect to the hub ( 3 ).
10 . Clamp according to claim 9 , wherein the fixing element ( 7 ) engages in a radial, eccentric hole ( 11 ) of the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) and, on one side of the gap ( 8 ), is mounted in a freely rotatable manner and, on the other side is in engagement with said clamping element via a thread.
11 . Clamp according to claim 1 or claim 2 , wherein the fixing element ( 7 ) is a conventional screw or an eccentric clamp and reaches radially through the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) in the region of the gap ( 8 ).
12 . Clamp according to claim 8 , wherein a basic body ( 1 ) sits on an end side in the flange region ( 2 ) on the hub ( 3 ) with a precise fit such that it can be detached, the hub ( 3 ) produces a connection between a transmission and engine, and, in the region of the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ), an engine shaft can be fixed within the hub ( 3 ) and detached again.
13 . Clamp according to claim 6 , wherein the hub ( 3 ) at one end in an end region ( 4 ) is formed indirectly with a transmission drive shaft or sun wheel.
14 . Clamp according to claim 13 , wherein at least one part of the hub ( 3 ) is formed as a pinion or sun wheel, and an other part of the hub ( 3 ) has, on an end side, a flange region ( 2 ) for receiving an output shaft of a motor on which the clamping element (R 1 , R 2 ) sits with the fixing element ( 7 ) integrated in it for the fixing of the motor output shaft.Cited by (0)
