Abstract
A distributor device for unset concrete. The distributor device comprises a delivery conduit that can be connected to the pressure outlet ( 78 ) of a concrete pump ( 72 ) on the inlet side and is provided with an outlet part (tube pieces 22, 26, 30 ) that can be moved to a concreting point via a manipulator (hydraulic cylinder 38, 40 ). According to the invention, the outlet part of the delivery conduit is arranged, with the associated manipulator, on a mobile chassis ( 44 ) that is separate from the concrete pump ( 72 ), and of which the inlet side can be connected to the pressure outlet ( 78 ) of the concrete pump( 72 ) by means of an at least partially moveable connecting conduit ( 50 ).

A mobile concrete pump with a self propelled platform ( 80 ) and having a pipe line connected directed along a distribution boom and connected to the pressure side of a concrete pump fixed to the platform, further including a mobile distributor device for distributing unset concrete from the concrete pump, the mobile distributor device including a motorized chassis ( 14 ) separate from the platform ( 80 ) and including a conveyor conduit having an inlet side and an outlet side, of which the inlet side is connected in the operating mode with the pressure outlet ( 78 ) of the platform fixed concrete pump ( 72 ) via an intermediate conduit ( 50 ), which is moveable at least in part, wherein an outlet part is moveable to a location to be concretized via an actuating device ( 38 , 40 ), and wherein the platform ( 80 ) includes a receptacle ( 82 ) adapted for receiving the mobile distributor device for transport.
23 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 22 , including a lift device provided on the platform ( 80 ) for loading and unloading of the mobile distributor device ( 10 ).
24 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 23 , wherein the distribution boom ( 70 ) is designed to also be the lift device for loading and unloading the mobile distributor device ( 10 ).
25 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 23 , wherein the lift device is in the form of a crane ( 21 ) fixed to the platform ( 80 ).
26 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 23 , wherein the lift device is in the form of a ramp that can be driven up by the mobile distributor device.
27 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 22 , wherein the chassis ( 12 ) and the actuating device ( 38 , 40 ) of the mobile distributor device are controllable via a wireless remote control.
28 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 22 , wherein the mobile distributor device ( 10 ) includes a chassis-fixed driver cabin ( 16 ) as well actuating elements for controlling movement and the actuating device ( 38 , 40 ).
29 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 22 , wherein the vehicle chassis ( 14 ) includes a chain or caterpillar drive.
30 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 22 , wherein the vehicle chassis includes a set of wheels.
31 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 22 , wherein the vehicle chassis ( 14 ) includes outriggers ( 18 ) supportable upon the ground ( 20 )

A mobile concrete pump according to claim 22 , wherein the outlet part ( 22 , 26 , 30 ) of the conveyor conduit includes at least three sequentially arranged pipe pieces ( 22 , 26 , 30 ) pivotable relative to each other about horizontal axis by motor or hydraulic means at articulated linkages ( 24 , 28 ), of which an inlet side pipe piece ( 22 ) is provided fixed to the vehicle chassis and is connectible on its inlet and via the intermediate conduit ( 50 ) with the concrete pump ( 72 ), and of which an outlet side pipe piece ( 30 ) includes an outlet opening or a thereto connected end hose ( 32 ).
33 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 22 , wherein the intermediate conduit ( 50 ) is formed of pipe pieces ( 56 , 58 ) joined pivotably with each other for elongation or shortening.
34 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 22 , wherein the intermediate conduit ( 50 ) can be rolled up for elongation or shortening.

A mobile concrete pump with a self propelled platform ( 80 ) and having a pipe line connected directed along a distribution boom and connected to the pressure side of a concrete pump fixed to the platform, further including a mobile distributor device for distributing unset concrete from the concrete pump, the mobile distributor device including a motorized chassis ( 14 ) separate from the platform ( 80 ) and including a conveyor conduit having an inlet side and an outlet side, of which the inlet side is connected in the operating mode with the pressure outlet ( 78 ) of the platform fixed concrete pump ( 72 ) via an intermediate conduit ( 50 ), which is moveable at least in part, wherein an outlet part is moveable to a location to be concretized via an actuating device ( 38 , 40 ), wherein the outlet part ( 22 , 26 , 30 ) of the conveyor conduit includes at least three sequentially arranged pipe pieces ( 22 , 26 , 30 ) pivotable relative to each other about horizontal axis by motor or hydraulic means at articulated linkages ( 24 , 28 ), of which an inlet side pipe piece ( 22 ) is provided fixed to the vehicle chassis and is connectible on its inlet and via the intermediate conduit ( 50 ) with the concrete pump ( 72 ), and of which an outlet side pipe piece ( 30 ) includes an outlet opening or a thereto connected end hose ( 32 ).
36 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 35 , wherein the chassis-fixed pipe piece ( 22 ) is oriented horizontally in the direction of forward motion of the chassis ( 14 ).
37 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 35 , wherein the pipe pieces ( 22 , 26 , 30 ) are provided on their each other facing ends respectively with a pipe elbow ( 36 ) and a articulated linkage ( 24 , 28 ) in the form of an articulated linkage with horizontal rotation axis.
38 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 35 , wherein the intermediate conduit ( 50 ) is formed of pipe pieces ( 56 , 58 ) joined pivotably with each other for elongation or shortening.
39 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 35 , wherein the intermediate conduit ( 50 ) can be rolled up for elongation or shortening.
40 . A mobile concrete pump according to claim 22 , wherein the intermediate conduit ( 50 ) is connectible to the outlet of a pipe group connected to a distribution boom of a mobile or stationary concrete pump.
