Abstract
In a nanocarbon-producing device ( 173 ), a plane mirror ( 169 ) and a parabolic mirror ( 171 ) are arranged in a production chamber ( 107 ). Light, emitted from a laser light source ( 111 ), transmitted through a ZnSe window ( 133 ) is reflected at the plane mirror ( 169 ) and the parabolic mirror ( 171 ), collected at the parabolic mirror ( 171 ), and then irradiated onto the surface of a graphite rod ( 101 ).
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A nanocarbon producing apparatus comprising:
a graphite target; a chamber which accommodates said graphite target; a window unit which is provided in a part of said chamber; a light source which irradiates light onto a surface of said graphite target through said window unit; a recovery unit which recovers a nanocarbon generated from carbon vapor, said carbon vapor being vaporized from said graphite target by said light irradiation; and a shielding member which is located between said window unit and said graphite target.
2 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , comprising an optical member between said window unit and said shielding member, said optical member introducing said light to said surface of said graphite target.
3 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said optical member includes a reflecting member.
4 . A nanocarbon producing apparatus comprising:
a graphite target; a chamber which accommodates said graphite target; a window unit which is provided in a part of said chamber; a light source which irradiates light onto a surface of said graphite target through said window unit; a recovery unit which recovers a nanocarbon generated from carbon vapor, said carbon vapor being vaporized from said graphite target by said light irradiation; and a reflecting member which reflects transmitted light transmitted through said window to introduce the transmitted light to said surface of said graphite target.
5 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 4 , further comprising a shielding member located between said reflecting member and said graphite target.
6 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 3 , wherein said reflecting member has a light focusing function.
7 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 3 , wherein said reflecting member is a parabolic mirror.
8 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , comprising target holding unit which rotates said graphite target having a cylindrical shape around an central axis while holding the graphite target.
9 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said nanocarbon is a carbon nanohorn assembly.
10 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said optical member includes a reflecting member.
11 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said reflecting member has a light focusing function.
12 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 5 , wherein said reflecting member has a light focusing function.
13 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said reflecting member is a parabolic mirror.
14 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 5 , wherein said reflecting member is a parabolic mirror.
15 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 6 , wherein said reflecting member is a parabolic mirror.
16 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 2 , comprising target holding unit which rotates said graphite target having a cylindrical shape around an central axis while holding the graphite target.
17 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 3 , comprising target holding unit which rotates said graphite target having a cylindrical shape around an central axis while holding the graphite target.
18 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 4 , comprising target holding unit which rotates said graphite target having a cylindrical shape around an central axis while holding the graphite target.
19 . The nanocarbon producing apparatus as claimed in claim 5 , comprising target holding unit which rotates said graphite target having a cylindrical shape around an central axis while holding the graphite target.
