Abstract

An apron having a body panel with removable fabric sheets attached thereto along first and second lines of perforation. The removable sheets may be formed of cloth or paper material and can be disposable or configured for laundering and reuse. Attachment members attach the sheets to the body panel in a manner that allows for easy replacement of a module of fabric sheets.

1 . An apron, comprising: 
 a body panel;    straps attached to the body panel; and    removable fabric sheets attached to the body panel along first and second lines of attachment, each fabric sheet having first and second lines of perforation formed therein adjacent each line of attachment to enable detachment of individual fabric sheets from the body panel.    
   
   
       2 . The apron of  claim 1 , wherein the first and second lines of attachment are formed transverse across an upper and lower portion of the body panel.  
   
   
       3 . The apron of  claim 2 , wherein the first and second lines of attachment comprise adhesive.  
   
   
       4 . The apron of  claim 2 , wherein the first and second lines of attachment comprise fasteners.  
   
   
       5 . The apron of  claim 4 , wherein the fasteners comprise first and second zippers.  
   
   
       6 . The apron of  claim 4 , wherein the fasteners comprise snaps.  
   
   
       7 . The apron of  claim 4 , wherein the fasteners comprise buttons.  
   
   
       8 . The apron of- claim 2 , wherein the first and second lines of perforation are formed substantially parallel to and adjacent to the respective first and second lines of attachment.  
   
   
       9 . The apron of  claim 1 , wherein the fabric sheets comprise cloth material.  
   
   
       10 . The apron of  claim 1 , wherein the fabric sheets comprise paper material.  
   
   
       11 . An apron, comprising: 
 a body panel sized and shaped to be worn over the torso of a user to substantially cover the front of the user's torso;    a plurality of straps attached to the body panel to attach the body panel to the user; and    a module of removable sheets attached to the body panel by attachment members, each removable sheet configured to be separately detached from the attachment members whereby when an exposed removable sheet becomes soiled, the user can remove the soiled sheet from the apron to expose a clean sheet for use by the user.    
   
   
       12 . The apron of  claim 11 , wherein the attachment members comprise adhesive strips formed transversely across the body panel at an upper portion of the body panel and a lower portion of the body panel.  
   
   
       13 . The apron of  claim 11 , wherein the attachment members comprise semi-rigid strips removably attached to the body panel.  
   
   
       14 . The apron of  claim 11 , wherein the attachment members comprise a first zipper and a second zipper positioned transversely across the body panel at a respective upper portion and respective lower portion.  
   
   
       15 . The apron of  claim 11 , wherein the removable sheets are formed of cloth material having perforations formed therein to enable tearing of the cloth material and removal of the sheet.  
   
   
       16 . The apron of  claim 11 , wherein the removable sheets comprise paper material having perforations formed therein to enable detachment of the paper material from the respective attachment members.
