Bottle closure device
Abstract
A stopper change device ( 10 ) includes an airtight chamber body ( 21 ) detachably mountable on a head of a bottle, a gas supply port ( 19 ) for supplying N gas to the chamber body, an air vent valve ( 57 ) for discharging air from the chamber body, a first supporting structure ( 28 ) movable upward and downward for supporting a corkscrew, and a second supporting structure ( 34 ) movable upward and downward for containing a substitute stopper. The first and second supporting structures are mutually position changeable, and one of them is selectively placed above an opening of the bottle. When the first supporting structure ( 28 ) is placed above the opening, a bottle stopper can be pulled in N gas atmosphere. On the other hand, when the second supporting structure ( 34 ) is placed above the opening, the substitute stopper is mountable on the head of the bottle in N gas atmosphere. By changing the bottle stopper with the substitute stopper using this device, entering of air in the bottle as a cause of deterioration in a quality can be prevented.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A substitute bottle stopper for exchanging for a bottle stopper disposed in an opening of a bottle having fluid contained therein, said substitute bottle stopper comprising:
body means including a cylindrical body having a flange portion extending outward therefrom, an upper portion with a spot facing hole and a lower portion provided below said flange portion and adapted to be pressed into the opening of said bottle in a seal state; and a discharge valve inserted into the upper portion of said body, the head of said discharge valve being biased toward said spot facing hole by biasing means to be connected closely.
2 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 1 , wherein said body means includes a cap covering on the upper portion of said body and said spot facing hole is provided in said cap.
3 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 2 , wherein an o-ring is disposed between said flange portion of the body and said cap to keep seal there-between.
4 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 1 , wherein said biasing means includes a compression spring abutting against a bottom face portion of said head of the discharge valve and a spring supporting member supporting a bottom end portion of said compression spring.
5 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 4 , wherein said spring supporting member is screwed in an insertion hole of said body.
6 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 1 , wherein at least one o-ring is disposed between said lower portion of the body and said opening of the bottle to keep said seal state.
7 . A substitute bottle 8 topper according to claim 1 , wherein at least one seal member made of a rubber ring is attached on said lower portion of the body to keep said seal state.
8 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 7 , wherein said seal member has a transformable portion formed in a flange shape and can correspond to a change of sizes with a variety of bottles.
9 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 8 , wherein said seal member has a thick ring portion in an inside thereof, said thick ring portion being fitted in a groove of said body.
10 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 1 , wherein rib portions are formed in an inside of a top end portion of said body and said head of the discharge valve is able to move upward and downward in a state that an outer peripheral portion of said head is in contact with said rib portions.
11 . A substitute bottle stopper for exchanging for a bottle stopper disposed in an opening of a bottle having fluid contained therein, said substitute bottle stopper comprising:
a cylindrical body having a flange portion extending outward therefrom, an upper portion and a lower portion provided below said flange portion and adapted to be pressed into the opening of said bottle in a seal state: a cap having a spot facing hole and covering on said upper portion of the body; and a discharge valve inserted into said upper portion of the body, the head of said discharge valve being biased toward said spot facing hole by biasing means to be connected closely.
12 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 11 , wherein an o-ring is disposed between said flange portion of the body and said cap to keep seal there-between and wherein said biasing means includes a compression spring abutting against a bottom face portion of said head of the discharge valve and a spring supporting member supporting a bottom end portion of said compression spring.
13 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 12 , wherein said spring supporting member is screwed in an insertion hole of said body.
14 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 13 , wherein at least one o-ring is disposed between said lower portion of the body and said opening of the bottle to keep said seal state.
15 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 14 , wherein at least one seal member made of a rubber ring is attached on said lower portion of the body to keep said seal state.
16 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 15 , wherein said seal member has a transformable portion formed in a flange shape and can correspond to a change of sizes with a variety of bottles.
17 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 16 , wherein said seal member has a thick ring portion in an inside thereof, said thick ring portion being fitted in a groove of said body.
17 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 12 , wherein said spring supporting member is screwed in an insertion hole of said body.
18 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 17 , wherein at least one o-ring is disposed between said lower portion of the body and said opening of the bottle to keep said seal state.
19 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 18 , wherein at least one seal member made of a rubber ring is attached on said lower portion of the body to keep said seal state.
20 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 19 , wherein said seal member has a transformable portion formed in a flange shape and can correspond to a change of sizes with a variety of bottles.
21 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 20 , wherein said seal member has a thick ring portion in an inside thereof, said thick ring portion being fitted in a groove of said body.
22 . A substitute bottle stopper according to claim 11 , wherein rib portions are formed in an inside of a top end portion of said body and said head of the discharge valve is able to move upward and downward in a state that an outer peripheral portion of said head is in contact with said rib portions.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
