Abstract

A sole element for a shoe has a top face, a bottom face and a periphery, a transparent plastic layer is formed on the periphery, and a colored transparent plastic layer is formed on the periphery that can refract light, and multiple palettes are embedded in the plastic layer that can reflect light to create a beautiful appearance.

1 . A sole element for a shoe comprising a top face, a bottom face and a periphery between the top face and the bottom face, a colored transparent plastic layer formed on the periphery.  
     
     
         2 . The sole element as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the sole element is a heel.  
     
     
         3 . The sole element as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein multiple palettes are embedded in the colored transparent plastic layer.  
     
     
         4 . The sole element as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the sole element is a sole having a heel portion.  
     
     
         5 . The sole of a shoe as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein multiple palettes are embedded in the colored transparent plastic layer.
