 a. a frame; and b. one or more removable attachments having at least one hook, attached at an upper portion of the frame.

2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the frame further includes:
 a. a base; b. two legs, attached to the base, at an angle, and c. an upper portion connecting the two legs; wherein the frame is collapsible.

3 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the two legs are attached to the base at an acute angle.

4 . The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the height of the upper portion of the frame is between about 8 and about 12 inches.

5 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the one or more removable attachments further comprises at least one hook, and a recess for receiving the upper portion of the frame.

6 . The apparatus of claim 5 , wherein the removable attachment further includes two hooks and a handle.

7 . An apparatus for storing bags in a vehicle during transportation, the apparatus comprises:
 a. a base; b. two legs, attached to the base, at an acute angle; c. an upper bar connecting the two legs; d. a plurality of hooks attached to the upper bar; wherein the frame is collapsible, and the height of the upper portion of the frame ranges between about one inch less than the height of a standard shopping bag, and two inches greater than the height of a standard shopping bag.

8 . The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the plurality of hooks fold inward with a hinge.

9 . A removable attachment, for attachment to an apparatus for storing bags in a vehicle during transportation, wherein the apparatus includes a frame having an upper portion, the removable attachment comprises:
 a. a recess for receiving for the upper portion of said frame; b. a handle; and c. a least one hook.

10 . A collapsible frame for storing bags in a vehicle during transportation, the frame comprises:
 a. a base; b. two legs, attached to the base, at an acute angle, and c. an upper bar connecting the two legs; wherein the frame is collapsible, and the height of the upper portion of the frame ranges between about one inch less than the height of a standard shopping bag, and two inches greater than the height of a standard shopping bag.

11 . The collapsible frame of claim 10 , wherein the frame can support up to about 40 pounds.

12 . The collapsible frame of claim 11 , wherein the frame is fabricated from a light weight material.

13 . The collapsible frame of claim 12 , wherein the frame is fabricated from plastic, aluminum, titanium, steel, fabric, rubber, and wood.

14 . The collapsible frame of claim 13 , wherein the frame comprises hinges.

15 . The collapsible frame of claim 14 , wherein the frame has an adjustable height, width, or both.
