Abstract

A sampling apparatus capable of introducing various kinds of samples in a measuring unit in turns securely and simply while avoiding excess sampling and mix of bubbles. In particular, a sampling apparatus constructed so as to introduce a liquid sample in densimeter ( 1 ) by means of peristaltic pump ( 3 ). Determining means ( 62 ) judges whether or not the sample has been introduced, and controller ( 6 ) controls the peristaltic pump in accordance with determination result.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A sampling apparatus comprising:
a peristaltic pump for introducing liquid sample into a measuring unit; a determining unit for determining whether or not the sample is introduced; and a control unit for controlling the peristaltic pump based on the determination result.

2 . A sampling apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the control unit controls the peristaltic pump to increase the sampling speed, when it is determined that the sample is not introduced.

3 . A sampling apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a limit sensor provided to a path for discharging the sample from the measuring unit, and wherein the determining unit performs the determination based on a time from a sampling start and an output of the limit sensor.

4 . A sampling apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a sealing member between the vessel for the sample and a member inserted into therein is provided with a seat with solvent and heart resistance and a shock absorbing rubber.
