A protective cover is hinged rotatably to one side of the body to close the opened part of the body. A hinge member is provided to the body and a part of the protective cover, respectively. A guide member is provided on the inside of the protective cover and encloses the head part of the toothbrush. A chucking member is installed on the closed rear surface of the body and is attached detachably to a wall surface of a fixture. Through this configuration, a rotation movement of the protective cover can be made in accordance with a rotation of the toothbrush and thus the procedure of taking out the toothbrush is performed easily; therefore improving significantly a convenience of using it.
