Display box
Abstract
A display box for displaying a display piece, comprising a box body, a box cover and a display arrangement comprises a display stand, and a folding panel. A hidden cavity is formed by a mounting edge, a pivot edge and a surrounding wall of the box body is allowing the storage and safe-keeping of important documents, such that they will not be easily lost when the display piece is being displayed. The hidden cavity is also simply accessed, such that the important documents are stored safely yet easy to reach. A hidden, yet simply accessed, locking unit is also provided for locking the display piece to the display box, so as to prevent the display piece from being taken out of the display box in an unauthorized manner.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A display box for storing and displaying a display piece, comprising:
a box body having a receiving compartment; a box cover covering on said box body to enclose said receiving compartment; and a display arrangement, which comprises: a display stand adapted for detachably holding said display piece in position; and a folding panel having a mounting edge extended from said display stand and a pivot edge pivotally connecting to a surrounding wall of said box body to form a hidden cavity within said receiving compartment at a position underneath said folding panel such that said display stand is adapted to fold between a display position and an accessing position, wherein at said display position, said folding panel is pivotally folded within said receiving compartment to enclose said hidden cavity so as to retain said display stand within said receiving compartment for securely holding said display piece in said box body, and at said accessing position, said folding panel is pivotally folded to lift up said display stand from said receiving compartment to expose said hidden cavity such that said display stand is allowed for said display piece detaching therefrom.

The display box, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said display stand is substantially mounted to said folding panel to define a bottom disposing portion below said folding panel and an upper exposing portion above said folding panel such that when said folding panel is pivotally folded to said receiving compartment at said display position, said hidden cavity is enclosedly formed within said bottom disposing portion of said display stand, said corresponding surrounding wall of said box body, a bottom wall of said box body and said folding panel.

The display box, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said display arrangement further comprises a partition wall extended from said box body to partition said receiving compartment into said hidden cavity at a position underneath said folding panel such that said folding panel forms an enclosing cover to enclose said hidden cavity when said folding panel is pivotally folded on said partition wall.

The display box, as recited in claim 2 , wherein said display arrangement further comprises a partition wall extended from said box body to partition said receiving compartment into said hidden cavity at a position underneath said folding panel such that said folding panel forms an enclosing cover to enclose said hidden cavity when said folding panel is pivotally folded on said partition wall.
5 . The display box, as recited in claim 3 , wherein said partition wall, having a predetermined height, has a top supporting edge substantially supporting said folding panel when said folding panel is pivotally folded to enclose said hidden cavity.
6 . The display box, as recited in claim 4 , wherein said partition wall, having a predetermined height, has a top supporting edge substantially supporting said folding panel when said folding panel is pivotally folded to enclose said hidden cavity.

The display box, as recited in claim 2 , further comprising a locking unit for locking said display piece at said display stand, wherein said locking unit comprises a locking ring mounted between said mounting edge of said folding panel and said disposing portion of said display stand and a breakable locking loop encircling said disposing portion of said display stand with said locking ring for tying up said display piece with said display stand, such that when said folding panel is pivotally folded at said display position, said locking unit is hidden within said receiving compartment for preventing an access of said locking loop, and when said folding panel is pivotally folded at said accessing position, said locking loop is exposed from said receiving compartment that said locking loop is allowed to be broken for unlocking said display piece with said display stand.

The display box, as recited in claim 4 , further comprising a locking unit for locking said display piece at said display stand, wherein said locking unit comprises a locking ring mounted between said mounting edge of said folding panel and said disposing portion of said display stand and a breakable locking loop encircling said disposing portion of said display stand with said locking ring for tying up said display piece with said display stand, such that when said folding panel is pivotally folded at said display position, said locking unit is hidden within said receiving compartment for preventing an access of said locking loop, and when said folding panel is pivotally folded at said accessing position, said locking loop is exposed from said receiving compartment that said locking loop is allowed to be broken for unlocking said display piece with said display stand.

The display box, as recited in claim 6 , further comprising a locking unit for locking said display piece at said display stand, wherein said locking unit comprises a locking ring mounted between said mounting edge of said folding panel and said disposing portion of said display stand and a breakable locking loop encircling said disposing portion of said display stand with said locking ring for tying up said display piece with said display stand, such that when said folding panel is pivotally folded at said display position, said locking unit is hidden within said receiving compartment for preventing an access of said locking loop, and when said folding panel is pivotally folded at said accessing position, said locking loop is exposed from said receiving compartment that said locking loop is allowed to be broken for unlocking said display piece with said display stand.
10 . The display box, as recited in claim 9 , wherein said partition wall further has a guiding slot indently extended from said top supporting edge thereof to alignedly receive said locking ring in said guiding slot when said folding panel is pivotally folded on said partition wall.

The display box, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said box body further comprises a side platform, which is shaped and sized symmetrical to said folding panel, sidewardly extended from an opposed surrounding wall within said receiving compartment to form a central channel between said side platform and said folding panel so as to receive said display stand in said central channel when said folding panel is folded to enclose said hidden cavity.

The display box, as recited in claim 4 , wherein said box body further comprises a side platform, which is shaped and sized symmetrical to said folding panel, sidewardly extended from an opposed surrounding wall within said receiving compartment to form a central channel between said side platform and said folding panel so as to receive said display stand in said central channel when said folding panel is folded to enclose said hidden cavity.

The display box, as recited in claim 9 , wherein said box body further comprises a side platform, which is shaped and sized symmetrical to said folding panel, sidewardly extended from an opposed surrounding wall within said receiving compartment to form a central channel between said side platform and said folding panel so as to receive said display stand in said central channel when said folding panel is folded to enclose said hidden cavity.

The display box, as recited in claim 10 , wherein said box body further comprises a side platform, which is shaped and sized symmetrical to said folding panel, sidewardly extended from an opposed surrounding wall within said receiving compartment to form a central channel between said side platform and said folding panel so as to receive said display stand in said central channel when said folding panel is folded to enclose said hidden cavity.

The display box, as recited in claim 1 , further comprising a retention unit for retaining said folding panel at said display position, wherein said retention unit has a retention groove indently formed on an inner wall of said hidden cavity and comprises a retention arm having a hooking tip downwardly extended from said folding panel and arranged when said folding panel is pivotally folded to enclose said hidden cavity, said hooking tip of said retention arm is engaged with said retention groove to substantially retain said folding panel in position.

The display box, as recited in claim 10 , further comprising a retention unit for retaining said folding panel at said display position, wherein said retention unit has a retention groove indently formed on an inner wall of said hidden cavity and comprises a retention arm having a hooking tip downwardly extended from said folding panel and arranged when said folding panel is pivotally folded to enclose said hidden cavity, said hooking tip of said retention arm is engaged with said retention groove to substantially retain said folding panel in position.

The display box, as recited in claim 14 , further comprising a retention unit for retaining said folding panel at said display position, wherein said retention unit has a retention groove indently formed on an inner wall of said hidden cavity and comprises a retention arm having a hooking tip downwardly extended from said folding panel and arranged when said folding panel is pivotally folded to enclose said hidden cavity, said hooking tip of said retention arm is engaged with said retention groove to substantially retain said folding panel in position.

The display box, as recited in claim 1 , wherein said pivot edge of said folding panel is pivotally connected to said box body via a pivot joint which comprises a first joint member substantially mounted on said surrounding wall of said box body and a second member substantially mounted on a bottom side of said folding panel at said pivot edge thereof to pivotally connect to said first joint member such that when said folding panel is pivotally folded at said display position to enclose said hidden cavity, said pivot joint is invisibly hidden within said hidden cavity.

The display box, as recited in claim 14 , wherein said pivot edge of said folding panel is pivotally connected to said box body via a pivot joint which comprises a first joint member substantially mounted on said surrounding wall of said box body and a second member substantially mounted on a bottom side of said folding panel at said pivot edge thereof to pivotally connect to said first joint member such that when said folding panel is pivotally folded at said display position to enclose said hidden cavity, said pivot joint is invisibly hidden within said hidden cavity.

The display box, as recited in claim 17 , wherein said pivot edge of said folding panel is pivotally connected to said box body via a pivot joint which comprises a first joint member substantially mounted on said surrounding wall of said box body and a second member substantially mounted on a bottom side of said folding panel at said pivot edge thereof to pivotally connect to said first joint member such that when said folding panel is pivotally folded at said display position to enclose said hidden cavity, said pivot joint is invisibly hidden within said hidden cavity.Cited by (0)
