Methods for employing a cleansing device with inclusion

Abstract

A cleansing device is provided including a face layer having a face layer perimetric edge; a backing layer having a backing layer perimetric edge, wherein at least a portion of the backing layer perimetric edge is coupled to the face layer perimetric edge such that the face and backing layers define an interior space; a retaining layer coupled to one of the face and backing layers to form a retaining zone; and an inclusion disposed within the retaining zone, wherein the inclusion is a promotional or an information item.

1 . A cleansing device comprising: 
 a face layer having a face layer perimetric edge;    a backing layer having a backing layer perimetric edge, wherein at least a portion of the backing layer perimetric edge is coupled to the face layer perimetric edge such that the face and backing layers define an interior space;    a retaining layer coupled to one of the face and backing layers to form a retaining zone; and    an inclusion disposed within the retaining zone, wherein the inclusion is a promotional or an information item.    
   
   
       2 . The cleansing device of  claim 1 , further comprising at least one coupon or game piece.  
   
   
       3 . The cleansing device of  claim 1 , wherein the inclusion is a promotional item promoting the purchase of a product other than a cleansing device.  
   
   
       4 . The cleansing device of  claim 1 , wherein the inclusion is a promotional item promoting the purchase of a cleansing device.  
   
   
       5 . The cleansing device of  claim 1 , wherein the retaining layer has at least one device image thereon and wherein the inclusion has an inclusion image, the inclusion image being the same as the device image.  
   
   
       6 . The cleansing device of  claim 1 , wherein one of the face layer and the backing layer has a device image thereon, wherein the inclusion has an inclusion image thereon, and wherein the device image is the same as the inclusion image.  
   
   
       7 . The cleansing device of  claim 1 , wherein the cleansing device is adapted for a person at a specific stage of development, and wherein the inclusion is adapted for a person at the specific stage of development.  
   
   
       8 . The cleansing device of  claim 1 , wherein the cleansing device is adapted for a particular category of user and wherein the inclusion comprises information adapted for the particular category of user.  
   
   
       9 . The cleansing device of  claim 8 , wherein the user is a caregiver.  
   
   
       10 . A cleansing device system comprising: 
 a package, and    at least one cleansing device kit disposed within the package, each cleansing device kit comprising a cleansing device having at least one promotional, recreational, functional, complementary, or informational inclusion associated therewith.    
   
   
       11 . The cleansing device system of  claim 10 , wherein the package is a flexible consumer package.  
   
   
       12 . The cleansing device system of  claim 10 , wherein the cleansing device comprises: 
 a face layer having a face layer perimetric edge;    a backing layer having a backing layer perimetric edge, wherein at least a portion of the backing layer perimetric edge is coupled to the face layer perimetric edge such that the face and backing layers define an interior space;    a retaining layer coupled to one of the face and backing layers to form a retaining zone; and    an inclusion disposed within the retaining zone.    
   
   
       13 . The cleansing device system of  claim 10 , wherein the cleansing device system is adapted for a person at a specific stage of development, and wherein the inclusion is adapted for a person at the specific stage of development.  
   
   
       14 . The cleansing device system of  claim 10 , further comprising: 
 a first cleansing device disposed within the package, the first cleansing device comprising a first inclusion associated therewith, and    a second cleansing device disposed within the package, the second cleansing device comprising a second inclusion associated therewith, the first inclusion being different from the second inclusion.    
   
   
       15 . The cleansing device system of  claim 14 , wherein the first inclusion is a promotional item, and wherein the second inclusion is an informational item.  
   
   
       16 . The cleansing device system of  claim 10 , wherein the package has at least one package image, the cleansing device has at least one device image, the inclusion has at least one inclusion image, and the at least one package image is the same as the at least one device image, which is the same as the at least one inclusion image.  
   
   
       17 . The cleansing device system of  claim 10 , further comprising a collector device.  
   
   
       18 . A method for selling a line of cleansing devices, the method comprising: 
 manufacturing a first cleansing device comprising 
 a face layer having a face layer perimetric edge,  
 a backing layer having a backing layer perimetric edge, wherein at least a portion of the backing layer perimetric edge is coupled to the face layer perimetric edge such that the face and backing layers define a bag-like space, the space including a cleansing device opening,  
 a retaining layer coupled to one of the face and backing layers to form a retaining zone having a retaining zone opening, and  
 an inclusion disposed within the retaining zone, wherein the first cleansing device has a first cleansing device price;  
   manufacturing a second cleansing device comprising a face layer having a face layer perimetric edge, and a backing layer having a backing layer perimetric edge, wherein at least a portion of the backing layer perimetric edge is coupled to the face layer perimetric edge such that the face and backing layers define a bag-like space, the space including a cleansing device opening, wherein the second cleansing device has a second cleansing device price; and    pricing the first and second cleansing devices such that the first cleansing device price is greater than the second cleansing device price.    
   
   
       19 . A method for promoting hygiene, the method comprising: 
 manufacturing a cleansing device comprising 
 a face layer having a face layer perimetric edge,  
 a backing layer having a backing layer perimetric edge, wherein at least a portion of the backing layer perimetric edge is coupled to the face layer perimetric edge such that the face and backing layers define a bag-like space, the space including a cleansing device opening,  
 a retaining layer coupled to one of the face and backing layers to form a retaining zone having a retaining zone opening; and  
   disposing an inclusion within the retaining zone, wherein the inclusion is a recreational, promotional, complementary, informational, or functional item adapted to encourage use of the cleansing device.    
   
   
       20 . A method for providing a cleansing device system, the method comprising: 
 disposing at least one cleansing device within a package;    disposing a plurality of inclusions within the package; and    providing the package to a user such that the user can select one or more inclusions to associate with the at least one cleansing device.    
   
   
       21 . The cleansing device system of  claim 20 , each cleansing device comprising a face layer having a face layer perimetric edge; 
 a backing layer having a backing layer perimetric edge, wherein at least a portion of the backing layer perimetric edge is coupled to the face layer perimetric edge such that the face and backing layers define an interior space; and    a retaining layer coupled to one of the face and backing layers to form a retaining zone.    
   
   
       22 . A method for providing a cleansing device system, the method comprising: 
 disposing a first plurality of inclusions within a package, the first plurality of inclusions having a first theme;    disposing a second plurality of inclusions within a package, the second plurality of inclusions having a second theme;    disposing at least one cleansing device in a package; and    offering the packages to a user such that the user can select one of the first and second pluralities of inclusions to associate with the at least one cleansing device.    
   
   
       23 . A method for providing a cleansing device system, the method comprising: 
 disposing at least one cleansing device in a first package;    disposing a product other than a cleansing device in a second package; and    packaging together the first and second packages.    
   
   
       24 . A method for providing a cleansing device system, the method comprising: 
 disposing at least one cleansing device in a first package including a first inclusion;    disposing at least one cleansing device in a second package; and    packaging together the first and second packages.    
   
   
       25 . The method of  claim 24 , wherein the second package includes a second inclusion.  
   
   
       26 . The method of  claim 25 , wherein the second inclusion is different from the first inclusion.
