Golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure
Abstract
A golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure is provided, which includes a body, a first weighted part having a fastening portion, and a second weighted part with two fixing portions on side of two ends and a joining portion at the bottom part. The body has a cavity for the first weighted part to be fastened and a snapping portion at the bottom of one side surface. The second weighted part uses the fixing portion and the joining portion to respectively snap with the snapping portion of the body and embed in the fastening portion of the first weighted part, such that the first weighted part and the second weighted part are fixed in the body, thus, the golf club head achieves preferred weighting effect and damping function.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure, comprising:
a body, having a cavity and a snapping portion formed at bottom of one side surface of said body; a first weighted part, with a fastening portion, and being fastened in said cavity of said body; and a second weighted part, with two fixing portions on side of two ends and a joining portion at bottom part of said second weighted part, wherein said fixing portions are snapped into said snapping portion of said body, said joining portion is embedded in said fastening portion of said first weighted part, and thereby fixing said first weighted part and said second weighted part in said body.
2 . The golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein width of said fastening portion is smaller than that of said first weighted part, and said fastening portion forms a step-like configuration with said first weighted part.
3 . The golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said fastening portion of said first weighted part is protruded to be embodied into depressed portion of said joining portion of said second weighted part, so that said joining portion of said second weighted part wraps said fastening portion of said first weighted part.
4 . The golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said second weighted part forms approximately V-shaped.
5 . The golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said joining portion at bottom part of said second weighted part further has a protruded rib, said fastening portion of said first weighted part further has a groove for said rib to be inserted and fixed, so as to fix said second weighted part with said first weighted part, such that said joining portion of said second weighted part wraps said fastening portion of said first weighted part.
6 . The golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of said fixing portions of said second weighted part forms approximately L-shaped.
7 . The golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein material of said first weighted part is a high specific gravity material.
8 . The golf club head with dual weighted parties having fudg structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein material of said second weighted part is a low specific gravity material.
9 . The golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure as claimed in claim 7 , wherein said high specific gravity material is a metal alloy or a composite material of metal and plasticized material.
10 . The golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure as claimed in claim 8 , wherein said low specific gravity material is a polymer material or a plastic material.
11 . The golf club head with dual weighted parties having fixing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said cavity and said snapping portion form a step-like configuration.Cited by (0)
