Claims
Abstract
An improved watch-winding apparatus comprising: a bottom support; a body; a lid cover with a glass window; and a plurality of tabbed spring cushions. A solid direct drive system drives the rotating tray. An electronic system keeps the rotating tray swinging per the intended program. Where a drawer is employed, a catch lock mechanism is also provided to prevent the drawer from automatically sliding open.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An improved watch-winding apparatus comprising:
a bottom support; a body mounted to said support; a lid cover with a window disposed on said body; a rotatable tray mounted to said body; a plurality of tabbed spring cushions; a solid direct drive system rotatably receivable by said tray drives the tray; and an electronic system for defining swing motion of said rotating tray in accordance with a pre-established program.
2 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein said bottom support further has a plurality of rubber legs.
3 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein said bottom support further has a plurality of rubber bottomed metal legs.
4 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein said body can be swing open from said bottom support for forming an inclination.
5 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 3 , wherein said body has a brace on its under side, and said brace can selectively match the teeth of a ratch on said bottom support for forming a different inclination angle of said body.
6 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein said body is perpendicular to the ground and said inclination angle of said rotating tray is pre-fixed.
7 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein said spring cushion has a handle in the form of a tab attached on the end of said cushion away from an adjustable slider.
8 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein said direct driving system has a solid part for transferring torsion between a driving source and a driven load without slipping. While a timing belt can be added to separate the input and output shaft isolating the vibration from the input source enabling a smoother output rotation mode.
9 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein said electronic system comprises a plurality of PCBs.
10 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 8 , wherein said electronic system comprises an automatic lock mechanism which locks the tray on a horizontal position.
11 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 9 , wherein said electronic system comprises a magnetic sensor which detects the position of said tray and sends a signal to a computer (CPU) of a said PCB.
12 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein the watch can freely swing under gravitation along an axis formed by ball bearings.
13 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 1 , further comprising a drawer and a catch lock mechanism to prevent the drawer from automatically sliding open.
14 . An improved watch-winding apparatus as in claim 8 , further comprising an input shaft and an output shaft and a timing belt separating said shafts and isolating the vibration from the driving source to enable a smoother output rotation mode.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
