Device for removing mascara material

Abstract

Provided is a device for removing mascara capable of easily removing mascara applied on eyelashes. The device includes upper and lower clips for pressing eyelashes downward and upward, and as absorbent member and/or a comb installed at the clips to remove the mascara. Therefore, it is possible to prevent chemical mascara-removing material from penetrating into eyeballs to protect the eyeballs, since the absorbent member and the comb are in contact with only the eyelashes.

1 . A device for removing mascara comprising: 
 a first eyelash clip for pressing eyelashes downward in a contact manner; and    a second eyelash clip formed corresponding to the first eyelash clip to press the eyelashes upward in a contact manner,    wherein the first eyelash clip is provided with a comb at its surface in contact with the eyelashes, and the second eyelash clip is provided with an absorbent member at its surface in contact with the eyelashes.    
   
   
       2 . A device for removing mascara comprising: 
 an upper clip for pressing eyelashes downward in a contact manner;    a lower clip formed corresponding to the upper clip to press the eyelashes upward in a contact manner; and    a grip member having a power transmission means to vertically move at least one clip,    wherein one of the upper and lower clips is provided with an absorbent member into which mascara-removing material can be smeared, and the other clip is provided with a comb through which the eyelashes can be combed.    
   
   
       3 . A device for removing mascara comprising: 
 an upper clip for pressing eyelashes downward in a contact manner;    a lower clip formed corresponding to the upper clip to press the eyelashes upward in a contact manner; and    a grip member having a power transmission means to vertically move at least one clip,    wherein the upper and lower clips are provided with one of an absorbent member and a comb into which mascara-removing material can be smeared.    
   
   
       4 . The device according to  claim 2 , wherein the absorbent member and the comb are in contact with each other when clipping the eyelashes, or flexibly or resiliently transformed after the contact.  
   
   
       5 . The device according to  claim 2  or  3 , wherein the grip member comprises: 
 an upper grip member having one end provided with an upper grip part and the other end connected to the upper clip; and    a lower grip member engaged with the upper grip member in a scissors manner and having one end provided with a lower grip part and the other end connected to the lower clip,    wherein the upper and lower grip members are closed or widened to transmit power.    
   
   
       6 . The device according to  claim 2  or  3 , wherein the grip member comprises: 
 a main body; and    a biasing means installed at a portion of the main body to be connected to one of the clips,    wherein the biasing means is pushed to transmit power.    
   
   
       7 . A device for removing mascara comprising: 
 an upper grip member having an upper grip part at its one end, an upper body extending from the upper grip part, and support rods bifurcated from the upper body to have a space larger than the width of the eyelashes;    a lower grip member having a lower body crossing the upper body of the upper grip member in a scissors manner, a lower grip part extending from one end of the lower body to correspond to the upper grip part, and a lifting link pivotally connected to the other end of the lower body;    an upper clip for connecting both ends of the support rods and having an eyelash clip provided with an absorbent member into which mascara-removing material can be smeared; and    a lower clip connected to one end of the lifting link, having a shape conforming to the upper clip, provided with both ends inserted into the support rods to be vertically moved, and having an eyelash clip provided with a comb for combing the eyelashes.    
   
   
       8 . A device for removing mascara comprising: 
 an upper grip member having an upper grip part at its one end, an upper body extending from the upper grip part, and support rods bifurcated from the upper body to have a space larger than the width of the eyelashes;    a lower grip member having a lower body crossing the upper body of the upper grip member in a scissors manner, a lower grip part extending from one end of the lower body to correspond to the upper grip part, and a lifting link pivotally connected to the other end of the lower body;    an upper clip for connecting both ends of the support rods and having an eyelash clip provided with an absorbent member into which mascara-removing material can be smeared; and    a lower clip connected to one end of the lifting link, having a shape conforming to the upper clip, provided with both ends inserted into the support rods to be vertically moved, and having an eyelash clip provided with a absorbent member into which mascara-removing material can be smeared.    
   
   
       9 . A device for removing mascara comprising: 
 an upper grip member having an upper grip part at its one end, an upper body extending from the upper grip part, and support rods bifurcated from the upper body to have a space larger than the width of the eyelashes;    a lower grip member having a lower body crossing the upper body of the upper grip member in a scissors manner, a lower grip part extending from one end of the lower body to correspond to the upper grip part, and a lifting link pivotally connected to the other end of the lower body;    an upper clip for connecting both ends of the support rods and having an eyelash clip provided with a comb for combing the eyelashes; and    a lower clip connected to one end of the lifting link, having a shape conforming to the upper clip, provided with both ends inserted into the support rods to be vertically moved, and having an eyelash clip provided with a comb for combing the eyelashes.    
   
   
       10 . The device according to any one of  claims 7  to  9 , wherein each of the support rods is provided with a stopper band to prevent the lower clip from lifting more than a predetermined height.  
   
   
       11 . The device according to  claim 2  or  3 , wherein the absorbent member comprises a base layer attached to the clip, and an absorbent material attached to the base layer.  
   
   
       12 . The device according to  claim 11 , wherein the absorbent material is one selected from the group consisting of cotton, gauze, Velcro loop, and sponge.  
   
   
       13 . The device according to  claim 11 , wherein the absorbent member is detachable.  
   
   
       14 . The device according to  claim 2  or  3 , wherein the comb comprises a base layer attached to the clip, and comb teeth attached to the base layer to comb the eyelashes.  
   
   
       15 . The device according to  claim 14 , wherein the comb teeth are arranged in at least one row.  
   
   
       16 . The device according to  claim 14 , wherein the comb is detachable.  
   
   
       17 . A device for removing mascara comprising: 
 a first grip member provided with a first eyelash clip at its one end;    a second grip member provided with a second eyelash clip which has a shape corresponding to the first eyelash clip at its one end; and    a connecting means for connecting the first and second grip members,    wherein the first eyelash clip is provided with comb teeth, and the second eyelash clip is provided with an absorbent member.    
   
   
       18 . The device according to  claim 17 , wherein the connecting means connects the first and second eyelash clips to clip the eyelashes like forceps.  
   
   
       19 . The device according to  claim 18 , wherein the first and second eyelash clips have a concave shape conforming to the shape of the eyelashes.  
   
   
       20 . The device according to  claim 19 , wherein the connecting means comprises: 
 a connecting hole formed in the first grip member; and    a connecting projection formed in the second grip member,    wherein the connecting projection is inserted into the connecting hole so that the first and second grip members are pivoted about the connecting projection.    
   
   
       21 . The device according to  claim 20 , wherein the connecting projection comprises a spring provided with both extended ends and having a resilient force within a predetermined angle.  
   
   
       22 . The device according to  claim 21 , wherein one of the first and second grip members further comprises an angle adjustment means to be pivoted within a predetermined angle.  
   
   
       23 . The device according to  claim 17 , wherein the eyelash clip and the comb are integrally formed with the first grip member.  
   
   
       24 . The device according to  claim 17 , wherein the absorbent material of the absorbent member in the second grip member is one selected from the group consisting of cotton, gauze, Velcro loop, and sponge.  
   
   
       25 . The device according to  claim 17 , wherein the absorbent member is exchangeable.  
   
   
       26 . The device according to  claim 20 , further comprising a resilient member interposed between the first and second grip members, and an angle adjustment means installed at one of the first and second grip members to pivot the grip members within a predetermined angle.
