Bath screen retainer
Abstract
A bath screen retainer comprises a cambered telescopic rod having a first pin portion and a second pin portion; a combining unit movably installed to the first pin portion of the telescopic rod; a first retainer movably installed to the second pin portion of the telescopic rod; a second retainer having a receiving portion at one side thereof for receiving the combining unit; and a resisting unit installed at another side of the second retainer and resisting against one end surface of the combining unit. The telescopic rod is formed by a first rod and a second rod connected to the first rod. Each of the first rod and the second retainer has a slit and a communication hole communicated to the slit. The whole structure can be steadily installed to a wall and firmly secured with a bath screen. Furthermore, the telescopic rod can provide a great moving space.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A bath screen retainer comprising:
a cambered telescopic rod having a first pin portion and a second pin portion; a combining unit movably installed to the first pin portion of the telescopic rod; a first retainer movably installed to the second pin portion of the telescopic rod; a second retainer having a receiving portion at one side thereof for receiving the combining unit; and a resisting unit installed at another side of the second retainer and resisting against one end surface of the combining unit.
2 . The bath screen retainer claimed in claim 1 , wherein the telescopic rod is formed by a first rod and a second rod connected to the first rod.
3 . The bath screen retainer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of the first rod and the second rod has a slit and a communication hole communicated to the slit.
4 . The bath screen retainer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a pin is used to connect the combining unit to the first pin portion.
5 . The bath screen retainer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein one end of the combining unit has a tongue and another end thereof has an extension section; one end surface of the extension section has a stop plate and one end surface of the stop plate has a connecting hole.
6 . The bath screen retainer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first retainer includes a seat, and a tongue installed at one end of the seat and movably connected to the second pin portion; the seat has at least two retaining holes and the tongue has a through hole.
7 . The bath screen retainer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a pin is used to connect the first retainer to the second pin portion.
8 . The bath screen retainer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the second retainer has a seat and a penetrating hole; the second seat has a receiving section; the penetrating hole is communicated to the receiving section; the seat has at least two retaining holes and a corresponding hole installed to the seat so that the stop plate of the combining unit is movably combined to the receiving section; and the second retainer has at least two retaining holes.
9 . The bath screen retainer as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a resisting unit has an elastic sheet, an resisting block and a press portion; the resisting block is installed between the second retainer and the elastic sheet and is communicated to the penetrating hole of the receiving section; the press portion is installed between the second retainer and the elastic sheet and communicated to the corresponding hole of the second retainer; the press portion protrudes from one end of the second retainer; thereby the block resists against the connecting hole of the combining unit; and the elastic sheet is connected to the second retainer by using a plurality of fixing units.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
