Abstract

Hydraulic breaker hammer comprising a housing ( 10 ) with a longitudinal bore ( 12 ), a cylinder sleeve ( 14 ) mounted in the bore ( 12 ), a hammer piston ( 15 ) sealing guided in the cylinder sleeve ( 14 ), a guide sleeve ( 21 ) located in the front end portion of the bore ( 12 ) for receiving a working implement, and a rear end cover ( 16 ) forming a closure for the rear end of the bore ( 12 ). The rear end cover ( 16 ) comprises a tubular neck portion ( 17 ) which is formed integral as a one piece member with the end cover and which extends into the bore ( 12 ). The neck portion ( 17 ) forms a guide means for the hammer piston ( 15 ), and the bore ( 12 ) having an axially facing annular shoulder ( 18 ), wherein the cylinder sleeve ( 14 ) is supported in a correct operating position between the shoulder ( 18 ) and the end cover neck portion ( 17 ).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A hydraulic breaking hammer, comprising:
a housing with a longitudinal bore, a cylinder sleeve mounted in said bore, a hammer piston sealingly guided in said cylinder sleeve, a guide sleeve located in a front end portion of said bore for receiving a working implement, and a rear end cover forming a closure for a rear end of said bore, wherein said rear end cover comprises a tubular neck portion which is formed integral as a one piece member with said end cover and which extends into said bore, said neck portion forms a guide for the hammer piston, and said bore has an axially facing annular shoulder, and wherein said cylinder sleeve is supported in a correct operating position between said shoulder and said end cover neck portion.

2 . The hydraulic breaking hammer according to claim 1 , wherein said housing is formed with a mounting member at its rear end for attachment to a mechanical carrier.

1 . Hydraulic breaking hammer, comprising a housing ( 10 ) with a longitudinal bore ( 12 ), a cylinder sleeve ( 14 ) mounted in said bore ( 12 ), a hammer piston ( 15 ) sealingly guided in said cylinder sleeve ( 14 ), a guide sleeve ( 21 ) located in the front end portion of said bore ( 12 ) for receiving a working implement, and a rear end cover ( 16 ) forming a closure for the rear end of said bore ( 12 ), characterized in that said rear end cover ( 16 ) comprises a tubular neck portion ( 17 ) which is formed integral as a one piece member with said end cover ( 16 ) and which extends into said bore ( 12 ), said neck portion ( 17 ) forms a guide means for the hammer piston ( 15 ), and said bore ( 12 ) having an axially facing annular shoulder ( 18 ), wherein said cylinder sleeve ( 14 ) is supported in a correct operating position between said shoulder ( 18 ) and said end cover neck portion ( 17 ).

2 . Breaking hammer according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein said housing ( 10 ) is formed with a mounting means ( 11 ) at its rear end for attachment to a mechanical carrier.
