Abstract

A manufacturing method of a vehicular interior part in which a cover member is attached to a base material, comprising the steps of forming a skin material, comprising a plurality of skin pieces sewn together, in accordance with a surface shape of said base material; and forming said cover member by attaching a soft material to a backside of said skin material after forming said skin material in accordance with said surface shape of said base material; and attaching said cover member to said base material.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A manufacturing method of a vehicular interior part in which a cover member is attached to a base material, comprising the steps of:
forming a skin material, comprising a plurality of skin pieces sewn together, in accordance with a surface shape of said base material; forming said cover member by attaching a soft material to a backside of said skin material after forming said skin material in accordance with said surface shape of said base material; and attaching said cover member to said base material.

2 . The manufacturing method of the vehicular interior part according to claim 1 , wherein in the step of forming said skin material in accordance with said surface shape of said base material, said skin material is formed by placing said skin material on a forming die having a vent hole on a die surface, and then sequentially being suctioned said skin material toward said die surface via said vent hole by portions.

3 . The manufacturing method of the vehicular interior part according to claim 1 , wherein a pair of said skin pieces is overlapped with their right sides of the skin together, and then is sewn together with respective edges thereof aligned, and thereafter, each of the pair of said skin pieces is spread in the opposite direction from each other; and
a tape material is attached to an overlapping portion of said edges of said pair of said skin pieces.

4 . The manufacturing method of the vehicular interior part according to claim 2 , wherein a pair of said skin pieces is overlapped with their right sides of the skin together, and then is sewn together with respective edges thereof aligned, and thereafter, each of the pair of said skin pieces is spread in the opposite direction from each other; and
a tape material is attached to an overlapping portion of said edges of said pair of said skin pieces.

5 . A manufacturing method of a vehicular interior part in which a cover member is attached to a base material, comprising the steps of:
forming a skin material, comprising a plurality of skin pieces sewn together, in accordance with a surface shape of said base material; forming said cover member by attaching a soft material to a backside of said skin material after forming said skin material in accordance with said surface shape of said base material; and attaching said cover member to said base material, wherein in the step of forming said skin material in accordance with said surface shape of said base material, said skin material is formed by placing said skin material on a forming die having a vent hole on a die surface, and then sequentially being suctioned said skin material toward said die surface via said vent hole by portions; a pair of said skin pieces is overlapped with their right sides of the skin together, and then is sewn together with respective edges thereof aligned, and thereafter, each of the pair of said skin pieces is spread in the opposite direction from each other; and a tape material is attached to an overlapping portion of said edges of said pair of said skin pieces.

6 . A manufacturing method of a vehicular interior part in which a cover member is attached to a base material, comprising the steps of:
forming a skin material, comprising a plurality of skin pieces sewn together, in accordance with a surface shape of said base material; forming said cover member by attaching a soft material to a backside of said skin material after forming said skin material in accordance with said surface shape of said base material; and attaching said cover member to said base material, wherein a pair of said skin pieces is overlapped with their right sides of the skin together, and then is sewn together with respective edges thereof aligned, and thereafter, each of the pair of said skin pieces is spread in the opposite direction from each other; and a tape material is attached to an overlapping portion of said edges of said pair of said skin pieces.

7 . A vehicular interior part manufactured in accordance with said manufacturing method of the vehicular interior part according to claim 1.
