Abstract

The present invention provides an imaging lens which allows for an operation for adjusting a position of an adjusting lens to be carried out easily and which has an improved impact resistance. An imaging lens 100 comprises a lens frame 121 for supporting a lens 111 serving as an adjusting lens and a support frame 131 for supporting the lens frame 121 . A contact section for support frame adjustment 134 operable to come into contact with the lens frame 121 is arranged in the support frame 131 . A contact section for lens frame adjustment 124 operable to come into contact with the support frame 131 is arranged in the lens frame 121 . The lens frame 121 is configured such that the fastening force generated between the lens frame 121 and the support frame 131 can be applied vertical with respect to the contact section for support frame adjustment 134 in a state of the contact section for lens frame adjustment 124 held in contact with the contact section for support frame adjustment 134.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An imaging lens comprising a plurality of lenses, which is equipped with an adjusting mechanism for moving a lens, among the plurality of lenses, specifically serving for position adjustment in a direction of an optical axis, said imaging lens further comprising:
a lens frame for supporting said adjusting lens serving for the position adjustment; and a support frame for supporting said lens frame, wherein a contact section for support frame adjustment operable to come into contact with said lens frame is disposed in said support frame, and a contact section for lens frame adjustment operable to come into contact with said support frame is disposed in said lens frame, wherein said lens frame is configured such that a fastening force effective between said lens frame and said support frame is to be applied vertical with respect to said contact section for support frame adjustment in a state of said contact section for lens frame adjustment held in contact with said contact section for support frame adjustment.

2 . An imaging lens in accordance with claim 1 , in which said contact section for support frame adjustment is formed as a “helical surface” and said contact section for lens frame adjustment is formed as a “helical surface” operable to come into contact with said contact section for support frame adjustment, wherein said fastening force is applied such that said lens frame is to be fixed to said support frame via a fixing member in a state of said “helical surface” of said contact section for lens frame adjusting held in contact with said “helical surface” of said contact section for support frame adjustment.

3 . An imaging lens in accordance with claim 1 , in which said fixing member comprises a fixing screw disposed within said contact section for support frame adjustment.

4 . An imaging lens in accordance with claim 3 , in which said lens frame comprises a support frame mounting section for fixedly securing said lens frame to said support frame, said support frame mounting section extending along a circumferential direction and having a flange-like configuration defining a part of a ring in a plane view, said support frame mounting section including a screw receiving surface for receiving a lower surface of a head portion of said fixing screw, and said screw receiving surface being arranged in parallel with said contact section for lens frame adjustment.

5 . An imaging lens in accordance with claim 3 , in which in said support frame mounting section for fixedly securing said lens frame to said support frame is arranged along a circumferential direction, wherein said fixing screw is screwed in said support frame in a state of a threaded portion of said fixing screw held as passing through said elongated arcuate slot.
