Abstract

A UPS uninterruptible power supply mobile computer table structure comprises an inner tube pivotally mounted into an outer tube wherein a table panel and a wireless data-receiving monitor are respectively located at the upper section of the inner tube to work with a keyboard and a UPS system, and an ascending/descending device is mounted inside the bottom end of the outer tube and controlled by an ascending/descending button. The ascending/descending device has a transmission motor with a spiral-shaped rod to mesh with a driven gear of a threaded shaft screw-joined to a screw-threaded hole of an operational tube. A base panel attached to the upper end of the operational tube is secured to the inner tube. Therefore, the ascending/descending button is pressed to actuate the ascending/descending device spinning lineally upwards or downwards to adjust the position of the table panel and the monitor, providing more convenient and ergonomic design thereby.

1 . A UPS uninterruptible power supply mobile computer table structure, comprising a mobile computer table composed of an inner tube pivotally mounted to the interior of an outer tube wherein a table panel and a wireless data receiving monitor are respectively located in place at the upper section of the inner tube to cooperatively work with a keyboard and a UPS uninterruptible power supply system, permitting the monitor to function normally without any interruption and receive data without wires; besides, support feet with casters are symmetrically attached at the lower section of the outer tube, permitting the mobile computer table to freely move around for application; the present invention being characterized by that, 
 the table panel having an ascending button and a descending button disposed at one side surface thereon to control the operation of an ascending/descending device thereby wherein the ascending/descending device is accommodated and fixed inside the bottom end of the outer tube to cooperatively work with a transmission motor having a spiral-shaped rod attached thereto, and a threaded shaft equipped with a bearing and a driven gear with helical teeth defining the circumferential surface thereon to precisely mesh with the spiral-shaped rod thereby; besides, the spiral-shaped rod, the bearing, and the driven gear are accommodated inside an outer cover with the threaded shaft thereof protruding outwards from the top of the outer cover thereof; an operational tube with a screw-threaded hole defining the bottom end thereon is provided to screw-join to the threaded shaft thereby wherein the inner diameter of the operational tube is larger than the threaded shaft, and the top of the threaded shaft has a stop side larger than the screw-threaded hole thereof; a base panel is attached to the upper end of the operational tube and fixedly locked the bottom edge of the inner tube thereof; therefore, in operation, the ascending button or the descending button is simply pressed downwards, and the spiral-shaped rod of the transmission motor is then conducted to revolve and synchronically actuate the driven gear and the threaded shaft to spin in the opposite direction, permitting the screw-threaded hole actuated by the rotation of the threaded shaft to screw upwards or downwards in a lineal ascending or descending movement therewith; meanwhile, the base panel, the inner tube, the table panel and the monitor are synchronically actuated therewith to lift upwards or lower downwards along the outer tube till reaching a desired position; then, when the ascending button or the descending button is stopped from the pressing operation, the transmission motor, the threaded shaft, and the inner tube will immediately cease the movement so that the monitor and the table panel can be precisely controlled to locate at an adjusted position with an accuracy, providing a more convenient and ergonomic design of the mobile computer table in application and adjustment thereof.    
   
   
       2 . The UPS uninterruptible power supply mobile computer table structure as claimed in  claim 1  wherein the operational tube also includes a set of assembling holes symmetrically drilled at the opposite positions of the upper end thereon.  
   
   
       3 . The UPS uninterruptible power supply mobile computer table structure as claimed in  claim 1  wherein the base panel thereof is equipped with a pivoting tube to which the operational tube is guided for extension and secure locking therewith.  
   
   
       4 . The UPS uninterruptible power supply mobile computer table structure as claimed in  claim 3  wherein the pivoting tube has a set of assembled holes symmetrically cut at both opposite positions of the top edge thereon.  
   
   
       5 . The UPS uninterruptible power supply mobile computer table structure as claimed in  claim 1  wherein the ascending/descending device is equipped with a support frame locked to the outer tube thereby, and a platform disposed at the topside of the support frame; the platform has a support plate and a retaining plate situated at both sides thereon for the location of the transmission motor and the outer cover thereby respectively; besides, the platform is identically shaped like the outer tube, and a rectangular passageway is set at one side of the platform thereon.  
   
   
       6 . The UPS uninterruptible power supply mobile computer table structure as claimed in  claim 1  wherein the base panel has a rectangular passageway disposed at the center thereon.

The UPS uninterruptible power supply mobile computer table structure as claimed in  claim 1  wherein the outer cover is secured at one side of the transmission motor and is made up of two corresponding housings each having a fixing plate extending at the bottom edge thereon and a restricting cavity disposed at the inner side thereon for the accommodation of the bearing and the driven gear of the threaded shaft therein; besides, a through hole is formed at the top surface of the two restricting cavities thereon so that the threaded shaft can extend there-through to protrude outside the outer cover thereby.

The UPS uninterruptible power supply mobile computer table structure as claimed in  claim 1  wherein a sleeve cylinder is secured to the topside of the outer cover so as to sheath and hide the operational tube in the interior thereof, and a sealing cap defined by a pivoting hole thereon is disposed at the ton edge of the sleeve cylinder for the extension of the operational tube there-through.  
   
   
       9 . The UPS uninterruptible power supply mobile computer table structure as claimed in  claim 1  wherein an extension rack equipped with an angle-adjustable seat is provided protruding at the top edge of the inner tube for the mounting of the monitor thereto.

The UPS uninterruptible power supply mobile computer table structure as claimed in  claim 1  wherein the circumferential surface of both lateral sides or four sides of the outer tube and the inner tube can have vertically-extending conjoining edges and conjoining grooves symmetrically disposed thereon respectively; each set of the conjoining edge and the conjoining groove cooperatively works with a guide sliding unit made up of a fixed element, an actuating element, and a linking element with a plurality of rolling balls attached at both lateral sides thereon wherein the fixed element and the actuating element are formed into U-shaped plates that are correspondingly joined to each other and respectively riveted to the upper section of the conjoining edge of the outer tube and the preset position of the conjoining groove of the inner tube; besides, the linking element is situated to sandwich between the fixed element and the actuating element, permitting the rolling balls attached at both lateral sides of the linking element to precisely contact and abut against both lateral sidewalls of the fixed element and the actuating element with a lubricating effect formed thereby; a positioning stop portion is bent to extend horizontally at the top edge of the actuating element so as to contact evenly with the topside of the fixed element thereby.
