Abstract
The invention relates to a method for winding a ribbon ( 17 ), which is comprised of a number of parallel threads ( 18 ), onto a rotating warping drum ( 2 ), during which a ribbon lap ( 66 ) is moved in a forward direction (e) with the aid of conveyor belts ( 70 ), which are placed on the peripheral area of the winding body ( 2 ), after the ribbon lap ( 66 ) has been constructed. The winding position of each individual thread on the warping drum ( 2 ) is established during the winding process with a thread guide ( 21 ) assigned to this thread.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 30 . (canceled)
. A method for winding a ribbon comprising a plurality of threads onto a winding body rotating about a rotation axis and having a first and a second end face, wherein a ribbon lap is moved, with the aid of a conveying device arranged on the circumferential region of the winding body, preferably with the aid of axial conveyors running axially parallel and particularly preferably with the aid of transport belts, in a forward direction parallel to the rotation axis from a first end face to a second end face.
. The method as claimed in claim 31 , wherein the conveying device is moved discontinuously.
. The method as claimed in claim 32 , wherein, during a winding operation for a ribbon lap, the conveying device remains unmoved with respect to the rotation axis, and, after the build-up of the ribbon lap, the conveying device moves the ribbon lap forward over a predetermined conveying distance which corresponds to the ribbon width of the ribbon or ribbon lap last wound or of a next ribbon or ribbon lap.
. The method as claimed in claim 31 , wherein the threads are drawn off from a bobbin creel arranged in a prolongation of the rotation axis in the region of the first end face of the winding body and having bobbin feeders arranged fixedly in terms of rotation.
. The method as claimed in claim 31 , wherein the winding position of a respective thread on the winding body is fixed for the winding operation by means of a thread guide which is assigned to the thread and which can be adjusted axially parallel out of a position of rest into a working position.
. The method as claimed in claim 35 , wherein threads are led up as a thread group from a bobbin creel to a thread selection device arranged in the region of the first end face of the winding body in the winding region, and in that individual threads of these threads are drawn off as working threads via the thread guides and form the ribbon, while the remaining threads are held clampingly as stock threads on the thread selection device .
. The method as claimed in claim 31 , wherein all the working threads are separated after the build-up of a ribbon lap.
. The method as claimed in claim 31 , wherein, at least during the winding operation for the first ribbon lap, the latter is supported on one side with the aid of at least one supporting element, displaceable axially parallel.
. The method as claimed in claim 31 , wherein those threads which are temporarily not required are removed from the winding operation for winding onto the winding body in such a way that the threads not required are wound onto an auxiliary winding body corotating synchronously with the winding body and preferably having a smaller diameter than the winding body.
. The method as claimed in claim 36 , wherein, at the start and/or at the end of a ribbon lap, the threads, in particular the working threads, are deposited, by the axially parallel displacement of the thread guide in the forward direction or in the opposite direction, on or under a dividing element, in particular in the form of crossing rods, arranged in the circumferential region of the winding body and running axially parallel, in order to form a lease or for size distribution.
. A device for winding a ribbon comprising a plurality of threads, in particular for producing ribbon laps, onto a winding body drivable in rotation about a rotation axis and having a first and a second end face, wherein a conveying device is arranged on the circumference of the winding body for the axially parallel movement in the forward direction of threads deposited on the conveying device while the winding body is rotating.
. The device as claimed in claim 41 , wherein the conveying device has at least one transport belt running axially parallel.
. The device as claimed in claim 42 , wherein at least one of the transport belts is assigned a supporting element, in particular in the form of a supporting ring or of individual supporting wedges, for the lateral stabilization of a first ribbon lap.
. The device as claimed in claim 41 , wherein dividing elements, in particular in the form of crossing rods, running axially parallel are arranged on the circumferential region of the winding body in order to form a lease or for size distribution.
. The device as claimed in claim 44 , wherein the dividing elements have at their free end a selection element, in particular a hook or a point, extending radially with respect to the rotation axis.
. The device as claimed in claim 45 , wherein the selection element is adjustable axially parallel.
. The device as claimed in claim 44 , wherein the dividing elements are guided for stabilization by the supporting ring.
. The device as claimed in claim 44 , wherein at least two dividing elements are provided at a different radial distance from the rotation axis for the start of the ribbon lap, on the one hand, and for the end of the ribbon lap.
. The device as claimed in claim 44 , wherein a thread guide is arranged for each individual thread in the circumferential region of the winding body and is displaceable axially parallel between two positions with respect to the free end or with respect to the selection element of a dividing element, in such a way that the respective thread can be deposited onto the winding body on or under the dividing element.
. The device as claimed in claim 41 , wherein a thread guide is arranged for each individual thread in the circumferential region and on a first end face of the winding body, via which thread guide the respective thread can be wound and by means of which thread guide a winding position can be fixed on the winding body.
. The device as claimed in claim 41 , wherein the thread guides are arranged in succession arcuately over the winding body, and in that they are adjustable axially parallel out of a position of rest into at least one working position.
. The device as claimed in claim 49 , wherein the thread guides are an integral part of a thread selection device which has in each case a clamping point and a thread guide for a plurality of threads, some of these threads being capable of being drawn off via the thread guides as working threads forming the ribbon, while the remaining threads can be fixed in a standby position at the clamping points ( 53 ) as stock threads.
. The device as claimed in claim 52 , wherein in each case a thread guide and a clamping point are assigned to a thread guide module which has a mechanism for adjusting the thread guide and a movable clamping/cutting unit with a clamping point for clamping the thread and with a cutting device for separating the thread.
. The device as claimed in claim 52 , wherein the drive of the thread guide module contains a traction mechanism with a traction means, in particular with a toothed belt on which the thread guide is arranged in such a way that it can be moved over a thread guide distance approximately parallel to the rotation axis of the winding body.
. The device as claimed in claim 53 , wherein the clamping/cutting unit is mounted movably approximately at right angles with respect to the thread guide distance, in such a way that the clamping point is displaceable with respect to the winding body circumference between a radially outer position of rest and a radially inner thread transfer position.
. The device as claimed in claim 41 , wherein an inner thread driver for picking up and driving all the ribbon threads to be wound at the lap start is arranged on the winding body.
