Paper dispenser

Abstract

Device for the dispensing of paper with varying use, for instance as toilet paper, wet napkins, towel paper etc. that includes an electrical perforating device and means for individual spraying of water or water with an additive of soap etc. on the paper that is to be dispensed, controlled by the need.

       19 . A dispensing device for paper, comprising a sprayer for spraying the paper with a fluid arranged adjacent an outlet of the dispenser so that only the dispensed paper is wetted.  
   
   
       20 . The dispensing device according to  claim 19 , wherein the outlet is directed downwards so that the paper hangs freely while being sprayed.  
   
   
       21 . The dispensing device according to  claim 19 , further comprising a driving motor arranged for dispensing the paper.  
   
   
       22 . The dispensing device according to  claim 19 , further comprising a sprayer control arranged so that the paper is not sprayed until its lower edge has passed a predetermined spraying area.  
   
   
       23 . The dispensing device according to  claim 19 , further comprising a sprayer control arranged so that spraying of the paper is turned off before the paper being dispensed completely passes the spraying nozzles.  
   
   
       24 . The dispensing device for papter, comprising a motor driven perforator for perforating the paper.  
   
   
       25 . The dispensing device according to  claim 24 , including a controller for controlling the perforator so that the paper is perforated after a sprayed area in the feeding direction of each piece of paper.  
   
   
       26 . A dispensing device for paper, comprising a motor drive for dispensing the paper.  
   
   
       27 . The dispensing device according to  claim 26 , for use with folded paper, in which the folds are perpendicular to a long dimension of the paper web.  
   
   
       28 . A dispensing device according to  claim 26 , further comprising a sprayer for spraying water and/or soap disinfecting agents onto the dispensed paper.  
   
   
       29 . A dispensing device according to  claim 26 , further including control electronics for feeding and/or spraying and/or for dispensing of different amounts of paper respectively differently sprayed or unsprayed paper dependent on the end use of the paper.  
   
   
       30 . A dispensing device according to  claim 26 , activated by contact free activation.  
   
   
       31 . A dispenser device according to  claim 28 , wherein the device is activated by a movement sensor.  
   
   
       32 . The device according to  claim 26 , further including a perforating or cutting tool for cutting the paper to a desired length.  
   
   
       33 . The device according to  claim 26 , comprising a feeding device including on a roller arranged with rubber rings that are in contact with the paper on one side thereof, and in contact with a panel on the other side of the paper.

The device according to  claim 26 , further including a perforator for perforation of the paper web, said perforator including a knife with a number of adjacent knife tips closely spaced to one another so that a perforation with small bridges is produced that can easily be torn by a user.  
   
   
       35 . Paper for the use in a device as claimed in  claim 19 , having a solving property chosen so that the paper can be used as toilet paper, a napkin or towel paper, and flushed after use even if it has been used as a napkin of drying towel.  
   
   
       36 . A method for paper use in a device as claimed in  claim 26 , wherein the paper is folded in stacks in which an end of an upper stack is joined to a beginning of the next lower stack so that refilling can take place without disposing of partly used stacks.  
   
   
       37 . A device according to  claim 26 , which includes a paper magazine that is refillable from below, so that the paper magazine can be refilled and a new paper joined to the already existing paper so that all paper can be used.  
   
   
       38 . The device of  claim 26 , further including a swivel-mounted shelf.  
   
   
       39 . The dispensing device according to  claim 24 , wherein a paper web feeder comprising a pair of rollers is arranged after a perforation device.  
   
   
       40 . The dispensing device according to  claim 39 , wherein feeding speed of the rollers is slightly higher than the feeding device arranged before the perforation device.
