Water treatment method and water treatment device
Abstract
Embodiments of the invention provide a water treatment method and water treatment device capable of automatically tracking the frequency of ultrasonic waves and automatically controlling their amplitude such that optimal cavitation is generated. In one embodiment, a water treatment method of sterilizing water containing microbes comprises supplying ultrasonic vibration to the water to be treated by driving and controlling a transducer of a sterilization cell using a signal; detecting an amplitude of the transducer and a frequency of the signal applied to the transducer; and controlling the amplitude and a vibration frequency of the transducer to target values in accordance with the detected transducer amplitude and the detected signal frequency.

16 . An ultrasonic device comprising:
a vibrator configured to be vibrated with high frequency waves and transmit vibrations to a liquid, the vibrator including a horn with a vibrator tip; and a container including an inlet and an outlet, and a hole disposed between the inlet and the outlet, the hole facing the vibrator tip disposed in the container to direct liquid flow from the inlet to the vibrator tip and out through the outlet; wherein the hole has a size smaller than a size of the vibrator tip of the vibrator.
17 . The ultrasonic device according to claim 16 wherein the distance between a partition where the hole is provided and the vibrator tip of the vibrator is less than a value obtained by dividing a square of the diameter of the vibrator tip by a wavelength of the high frequency waves for the vibrator.
18 . The ultrasonic device according to claim 16 wherein the vibrator tip comprises a magnetic material; and further comprising a magnetic field application device configured to apply a magnetic field via the magnetic material of the vibration tip to the liquid.
19 . The ultrasonic device according to claim 18 wherein the magnetic field application device comprises a magnet disposed outside the container.
20 . The ultrasonic device according to claim 18 wherein the vibrator includes another horn connected in series with the horn to form overlapping horns.
21 . The ultrasonic device according to claim 18 comprising a plurality of vibrators each having a vibrator tip facing a hole inside the container directing liquid flow to the vibrator tip.
22 . An ultrasonic device comprising:
a container including an inlet and an outlet for flowing a liquid therethrough; a vibrator configured to be vibrated with high frequency waves and transmit vibrations to the liquid, the vibrator including a horn with a vibrator tip disposed in the container, the vibrator tip including a magnetic material; and a magnetic field application device configured to apply a magnetic field via the magnetic material of the vibration tip to the liquid.
23 . The ultrasonic device according to claim 22 wherein the magnetic field application device comprises a magnet disposed outside the container.
24 . The ultrasonic device according to claim 22 wherein the vibrator includes another horn connected in series with the horn to form overlapping horns.
25 . The ultrasonic device according to claim 22 comprising a plurality of vibrators each having a vibrator tip facing a hole inside the container directing liquid flow to the vibrator tip, wherein the hole has a diameter smaller than a diameter of the vibrator tip of the vibrator.
