Pharmaceutical Composition Having Prokinetic Effect

Abstract

The invention refers to the use of O-(3-piperidino-2-hydroxypropyl)nicotinic amidoxime or a pharmaceutically suitable acid addition salt thereof for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition that restores and/or enhances the activity of the neuronal nitric oxide synthase enzyme.

1 . Use of O-(3-piperidino-2-hydroxypropyl)nicotinic amidoxime or a pharmaceutically suitable acid addition salt thereof for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition that restores and/or enhances the activity of the neuronal nitric oxide synthase enzyme.  
     
     
         2 . The use of  claim 1  for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition having prokinetic effect.  
     
     
         3 . The use of  claim 2  for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of the disease reflux esophagitis.  
     
     
         4 . The use of  claim 2  for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition that enhances the flow of bile from the gall bladder.  
     
     
         5 . The use of  claim 2  for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of types II and III biliary and pancreatic sorts of sphincter of Oddi dysfunction.  
     
     
         6 . The use of  claim 2  for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition suitable for the treatment of all types of gastroparesis.
