Collapsible door and window decorative article structure
Abstract
A collapsible door and window decorative article structure comprises a set of counterweight boards attached to the bottoms of both lateral sides of a fan-shaped blind body. The underside of each counterweight board has a recessed groove with insert pieces symmetrically extending at both side edges. A support seat is mounted to a central hollow-out portion of the fan-shaped blind body, and a frame body of a door/window has a positioning seat with support legs and flexible guide hooks to fix to both sides of the top surface thereon respectively so that the counterweight board can be forced downward along the guide hooks, permitting the guide hooks to precisely engage with the insert pieces for location. In dismantling, the counterweight board is simply lifted upwards to detach from the positioning seat for replacement of the fan-shaped blind body, facilitating flexible and convenient dismantling and assembling of the present invention thereby.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A collapsible door and window decorative article structure, comprising a fan-shaped blind body, and a set of counterweight boards attached to the bottoms of both lateral sides of the fan-shaped blind body so that the fan-shaped blind body affected by the weight of the counterweight boards can be naturally expanded at both sides and positioned into a fan-like form thereby; the underside of the counterweight board has a recessed groove with symmetrically-extending insert pieces defining thereon, and a support seat composed of an arcuate support portion and a set of stop plates are mounted to a central hollow-out portion of the fan-shaped blind body so that the fan-shaped blind body can be precisely held in place by the arcuate support portion and restricted in position by the two stop plates thereof; in addition, the arcuate support portion 31 is fastened to the top surface of a frame body of a door/window; furthermore, the frame body can also have one or more than one positioning seat fixed to both sides of the top surface thereon wherein the positioning seat has a set of support legs with guide hooks symmetrically protruding at one side surface thereon so that the counterweight board of the fan-shaped blind body can be forced downward along the guide hooks, permitting the guide hooks to precisely accommodate into the recessed groove and hook to the insert pieces for secure location thereby; in dismantling, the counterweight board is simply pushed and pulled upwards from one side to detach the insert pieces from the guide hooks of the positioning seat so that the fan-shaped blind body can be easily retrieved there-from for replacement thereof, facilitating flexible and convenient dismantling as well as assembling of the fan-shaped blind body in application thereby.
2 . The collapsible door and window decorative article structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein both longitudinal side edges of the positioning seat have a triangular support rib extending thereon respectively to corresponding to the guide hook thereof so as to synchronically clamp the insert piece in secure position thereby.
3 . The collapsible door and window decorative article structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the end edge of each guide hook of the positioning seat is defined by an arcuate-shaped smooth surface thereon.
4 . The collapsible door and window decorative article structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the outer end edges of both counterweight boards can have an enclosure sheath mounted thereto respectively.
5 . The collapsible door and window decorative article structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein both lateral sides of the arcuate support portion of the support seat have a wing panel with insert hooks protruding thereon respectively to accommodate into the recessed groove of the counterweight board and hook to the insert pieces for location thereby.
6 . The collapsible door and window decorative article structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the underside of the positioning seat can have double-sided fastening tapes or adhesive agent applied thereto to fix onto the top surface of the frame body thereby.
7 . The collapsible door and window decorative article structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the guide hook of the positioning seat is bent downwards by the end portion of the support leg to form an oblique conic shape and is equipped with flexible capacity.
8 . The collapsible door and window decorative article structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the guide hook of the positioning seat can have an oblique sloped surface extending at the bottom edge thereon to fit to the insert piece and reciprocally engage therewith for positioning thereby.
9 . The collapsible door and window decorative article structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the guide hook of the positioning seat can also have a flat abutment surface extending at the bottom edge thereon to fit to the insert piece and reciprocally engage therewith for positioning thereby.
10 . The collapsible door and window decorative article structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the positioning seat can also have a set of transverse V-shaped guide hooks symmetrically protruding at the upper surface thereon wherein each guide hook is defined by a guide smooth surface at both upper and lower sections thereon respectively, permitting a flexible space to form between both guide hooks thereof.
11 . The collapsible door and window decorative article structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the positioning seat can also have multiple bores drilled in the middle section thereon for the mounting of screws to lock the positioning seat securely onto the top surface of the frame body thereby.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
