Abstract
A portable workstation includes wheels, a tabletop, a generally planar member and a chassis joining the wheels, the tabletop and the planar member. While joined to the wheels and the tabletop by the chassis, the planar member is movable between a protracted position and a retracted position. A majority of the planar member extends above the tabletop in the protracted position, and a majority of the planar member does not extend above the tabletop in the retracted position.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A portable workstation, comprising:
(a) wheels for movement of the workstation; (b) a tabletop providing a work surface of the workstation; (c) a generally planar member; and (d) a chassis joining said wheels, said tabletop, and said planar member; (e) wherein, while joined to said wheels and said tabletop by said chassis, said planar member is movable between,
(i) a protracted position, wherein a majority of said planar member extends above said tabletop, and
(ii) a retracted position, wherein a majority of said planar member does not extend above said tabletop.
2 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , wherein said planar member comprises a display surface.
3 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , wherein said planar member comprises a display surface on each of oppositely facing sides thereof.
4 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , wherein said planar member comprises a dry erase board.
5 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , wherein said planar member comprises a chalk board.
6 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , further comprising a handle for facilitating movement of said planar member between the protracted position and the retracted position.
7 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , wherein said planar member pivots about a pivot axis between said protracted position and said retracted position.
8 . The portable workstation of claim 7 , wherein the pivot axis is orthogonally disposed to the plane of said planar member.
9 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , wherein said tabletop defines a slot through which said planar member moves when moving between said protracted position and said retracted position.

16 . (canceled)
17 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , further comprising a lock movable between a locked position, wherein said planar member is inhibited from moving from the retracted position to the protracted position, and an unlocked position, wherein said planar member is allowed to move from the retracted position to the protracted position.
18 . (canceled)
19 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , further comprising a biasing member that biases said planar member in a direction from the retracted position toward the protracted position.
20 . (canceled)
21 . (canceled)
22 . (canceled)
23 . The portable workstation of claim 19 , further comprising a catch that secures said planar member in said retracted position against automatic movement of said planar member, caused by the biasing member, from the retracted position toward the protracted position.

28 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of drawers, wherein one of the drawers is insulated.
29 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , further comprising a brake biased into abutting engagement with one of said wheels, said brake inhibiting movement of said wheel.
30 . (canceled)
31 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , further comprising a hand brake that controls engagement of said brake with said wheel and wherein said hand brake causes said brake to disengage from said wheel when said hand brake is actuated by hand.

40 . The portable workstation of claim 1 , wherein said chassis comprises a three-dimensional support frame, wherein said support frame defines a shelving structure upon which a drawer is received and supported and wherein said drawer is disposed in sliding engagement with said support frame, said drawer being removable from said support frame when said planar member is in said protracted position.
41 . A portable workstation, comprising:
(a) wheels for movement of the workstation; (b) a tabletop providing a work surface of the workstation; (c) a first generally planar member; (d) a second generally planar member; and (e) a chassis joining said wheels and said tabletop to said first and second planar members; (f) wherein, while joined to said wheels and said tabletop by said chassis, said first planar member is movable between,
(i) a first planar member protracted position, wherein a majority of said first planar member extends above said tabletop, and
(ii) a first planar member retracted position, wherein a majority of said first planar member does not extend above said tabletop; and
(g) wherein, while joined to said wheels and said tabletop, said second planar member is movable between,
(i) a second planar member protracted position, wherein a majority of said second planar member extends above said tabletop, and
(ii) a second planar member retracted position, wherein a majority of said second planar member does not extend above said tabletop.
42 . (canceled)
43 . The portable workstation of claim 41 , wherein said first planar member pivots in a first rotational direction in moving from said first planar member retracted position toward said first planar member protracted position, and wherein said second planar member pivots in a second rotational direction, opposite to said first rotation direction, in moving from said second planar member retracted position toward said second planar member protracted position.
44 . The portable workstation of claim 41 , wherein said tabletop defines a first slot through which said first planar member moves and a second slot through which said second planar member moves.
