Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A system comprising:
a plurality of gaming clients each including a display and at least one input device; and a server in communication with the gaming clients; wherein the server is in communication with a central repository of at least one game application.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the gaming clients communicate independently.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the communication between the gaming clients and the server is provided by a fiber optic link.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the communication between the gaming clients and the server is provided by an Ethernet connection.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the communication between the gaming clients and the server is digital.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the communication between the gaming clients and the server is analog.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the communication between the gaming clients and the server is provided by a daisy chain network.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the communication between the gaming clients and the server is provided by a tapped configuration network.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the communication between the gaming clients and the server is provided by a star-type network.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the gaming clients are in communication with the server via at least one system interface board.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the gaming clients are in communication with the server via at least one driver/receiver unit.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the server is a data collection unit.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein further included is a computer in communication with the server, the computer equipped with a broadband communication link for receiving information destined for at least one of the gaming clients.
. The system of claim 13 , wherein the computer is a back-end computer.
. The system of claim 13 , wherein the communication between the server and the computer is provided by the Internet.
. The system of claim 13 , wherein the computer is in communication with a central repository of at least one game application.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the communication between the gaming clients and the server is provided by a switching protocol.
. The system of claim 1 , wherein the communication between the gaming clients and the server is provided by a transport medium.
. A method comprising:
providing communication between a server and a plurality of gaming clients each including a display and at least one input device; wherein the server is in communication with a central repository of at least one game application.Cited by (0)
