. A system comprising:
a plurality of gaming clients each including a display and at least one input device, the gaming clients each positioned on at least one of a casino floor, a hotel room, and an arcade room; and a central repository of at least one game application in communication with the gaming clients via a network, the central repository situated in an impenetrable housing with a security door.

. the system of claim 1 , wherein the central repository includes a plurality of computer processing units.

. The system of claim 2 , wherein the computer processing units execute the at least one game application.

. The system of claim 2 , wherein each of the plurality of computer processing units is dedicated to only one of the gaming clients.

. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one game application is executed for play by users utilizing the gaming clients.

. The system of claim 1 , wherein the centralized repository is located separate from the gaming clients.

. The system of claim 1 , wherein the centralized repository includes a rack.

. The system of claim 7 , wherein the rack is utilized for stacking computer boards associated with computer processing units of the centralized repository.

. The system of claim 7 , wherein the rack includes interfaces for interfacing computer processing units of the centralized repository.

. The system of claim 1 , wherein the network utilizes a fiber optic link.

. The system of claim 1 , wherein the network utilized a wireless link.

. The system of claim 1 , wherein the network includes a daisy chain network.

. The system of claim 1 , wherein the network includes a tapped configuration network.

. The system of claim 1 , wherein the network includes a star-type network.

. The system of claim 1 , wherein the communication is provided by an Ethernet connection.

. The system of claim 1 , wherein the gaming clients communicate independently.

. The system as recited in claim 1 , wherein the communication between the central repository and the gaming clients is digital.

. The system as recited in claim 1 , wherein the communication between the central repository and the gaming clients is analog.

. The system as recited in claim 1 , wherein the communication between the central repository and the gaming clients is provided by a transport medium.
