Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An applicator for a cosmetic product, comprising:
two wands which are movable with respect to one another between a distant position and a close position for applying the product, wherein each wand includes at least one surface for receiving and applying the product which extends longitudinally along the wand in order to deposit, by transfer, the product in the form of substantially a line, and wherein the surfaces for receiving and applying the product are substantially smooth.

2 . The applicator according to claim 1 , wherein, when in the close position, the receiving surface of one of the wands is configured to contact substantially along its entire length, a corresponding receiving surface of the other wand.

3 . The applicator according to claim 1 , wherein the wands rest against one another in the close position for applying the product so as to form branches of a tong between which a surface to be treated is positioned during use.

4 . The applicator according to claim 1 , in which the wands are positioned symmetrically with respect to one another, with regard to a general axis of the applicator.
