Abstract

A conical gear drive comprising an input element that interacts with a truncated conical gear via which an output element can be driven. A number of different output elements or variably selectable output elements should be able to be connected to the truncated conical gear drive.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A bevel gear transmission having an input drive element ( 12 ) which interacts with a core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ) by means of which an output drive element ( 6 ) can be driven, wherein a plurality of different output drive elements ( 6 ) or variably selectable output drive variants can be connected to the core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ).

2 . A bevel gear transmission having an input drive element ( 12 ) which interacts with a core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ) by means of which an output drive element ( 6 ) can be driven, wherein the drive element ( 12 ) can be connected by means of a universal interface (II) to the core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ), to which universal interface (II) variably selectable input drives ( 16 ), such as for example a motor add-on subassembly ( 17 ) or planetary pre-stage ( 18 ), can be connected.

3 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in claim 1 or 2 , wherein the core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ) is provided at the output drive side with a universal interface (I) for flange-mounting any desired output drive elements ( 6 ).

4 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in claim 3 , wherein a further interface ( 7 ) can be connected to the core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ) at the output drive side in the region of the universal interface (I), to which further interface ( 7 ) different output drive stages ( 8 ) can in turn be selectively connected.

5 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the output drive stages ( 8 ) are embodied as step-up stages for different output drives, for example with regard to an output drive flange ( 25 ) or output drive shaft ( 24 ).

6 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the output drive stages ( 8 ) are embodied as step-down stages for different output drives, for example with regard to an output drive flange ( 25 ) or output drive shaft ( 24 ).

7 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the output drive elements ( 6 ), in particular their flanges ( 23 ), can be connected to the universal interface (I) of the core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ), in particular its housing ( 2 ), with it being possible for a shaft ( 22 ) to be connected fixedly or in a detachable fashion to the bevel gear ( 4 ) of the core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ).

8 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in claim 3 , wherein different output drive elements ( 6 ) of different sizes can be connected in a user-specific manner to one and the same universal interface (I) of the universal core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ).

9 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in at claim 3 , wherein the input drive element ( 12 ) can be plugged with a bevel gear shaft ( 15 ) into the core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ), with the bevel gear shaft ( 15 ) interacting with the bevel gear ( 4 ) of the core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ), and with a universal interface (II) for attaching any desired input drives ( 16 ), embodied as motor add-on subassemblies ( 17 ) or planetary pre-stages ( 18 ), being provided at the other end of the bevel gear shaft ( 15 ), with the input drive ( 16 ) or the motor add-on subassembly ( 17 ) or the planetary pre-stage ( 18 ) being centered by means of the housing ( 14 ) of the input drive element ( 12 ) in the region of the universal interface (II), and with the bevel gear shaft ( 15 ) of the input drive element ( 12 ) engaging in or interacting with a corresponding output drive shaft ( 21 ) of the input drive ( 16 ).

       10 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in claim 3 , wherein a motor add-on subassembly ( 17 ) which is embodied as an input drive ( 16 ) is provided with a shaft, a shaft coupling ( 19 ) and a shaft flange ( 20 ).

11 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the planetary pre-stage ( 18 ) which is embodied as an input drive ( 16 ) has a housing which can be connected to, in particular centered with, the housing ( 14 ) of the input drive ( 12 ), in particular of the universal interface (II) of the input drive ( 12 ), with the bevel gear shaft ( 15 ) of the input drive ( 12 ) engaging into an output drive shaft ( 21 ) of the planetary pre-stage ( 18 ).

       12 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in claim 3 , wherein single-stage or multi-stage planetary pre-stages ( 18 ) can be attached to the input drive element ( 12 ) as input drives ( 16 ).

13 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in claim 3 , wherein different cover elements ( 9 ) can be connected to the core bevel gear transmission ( 1 ) in the region of the bevel gear ( 4 ), in particular opposite the universal interface (I) of the output drive element ( 6 ).

14 . The bevel gear transmission as claimed in claim 13 , wherein the covering element ( 9 ) is of closed design or is provided with at least one opening ( 10 ).
