Golf club protector

Abstract

The present invention teaches a protector for protecting a golf club with an identification number comprising a body, and a window made of transparent or semi-transparent material wherein said window is aligned with the identification number so that the identification number can be observed through said window.

1 . A protector for protecting a golf club with an identification number comprising a body, and a window made of transparent or semi-transparent material. 
   
   
       2 . The protector of  claim 1 , wherein said window is aligned with the identification number so that the identification number can be observed through said window. 
   
   
       3 . The protector of  claim 2 , wherein said window is integrated with said body by sewing, stapling, or gluing. 
   
   
       4 . The protector of  claim 2 , wherein said window is circular, elliptical, square, rectangular, polygonal or irregular in shape. 
   
   
       5 . The protector of  claim 2 , wherein said transparent or semi-transparent material is a polymeric material. 
   
   
       6 . The protector of  claim 5 , wherein said transparent or semi-transparent material is a silicon-based elastomeric material. 
   
   
       7 . The protector of  claim 2 , wherein said protector is a wood protector, an iron protector, or a putter protector.
