Re-ignition controller with safe interruption effect
Abstract
A re-ignition controller with a safe interruption effect connected with a main gas-supplying valve of a gas combustion device, when any igniting switch of the gas combustion device is turned on while there is no flame on a corresponding burner, a corresponding ignition and flame detecting probe starts to discharge with high voltage for ignition, so that the burner can release gas for burning. If extinguishment occurs during the process of burning on the burner, by detecting of the ignition and flame detecting probe and an action of re-ignition, the burner burns again. When the action of re-ignition fails for a predetermined time, the controller for re-ignition will shut the main gas-supplying valve and stop any igniting action. When being safely interrupted, each ignition switch shall be kept at a close state in advance, and the main gas-supplying valve can do the action of opening the valve.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A re-ignition controller with a safe interruption effect, said controller is connected with a main gas-supplying valve of a gas combustion device and to each of a plurality of ignition and flame detecting probes of burners provided on said gas combustion device, and is connected with each of a plurality of igniting switches provided on said gas combustion device; said controller comprises an ignition control unit, an ignition activating unit connected with said ignition control unit, at least a flame detecting unit connected with said ignition and flame detecting probes and said ignition control unit, and a time control unit; said time control unit is connected with said ignition control unit, said flame detecting unit and said main gas-supplying valve;
by combination of the above members, when an ignition switch is turned on while there is no flame on a corresponding one of said burners, a corresponding one of said ignition and flame detecting probes starts to discharge with high voltage for ignition, so that said burner releases gas for burning; when extinguishment occurs during the process of burning on said burner, by detecting of said ignition and flame detecting probe and an action of re-ignition, said burner burns again; when the action of re-ignition fails for a predetermined time, the action of re-ignition stops and so that said time control unit drives said main gas-supplying valve to do safe interruption; when said main gas-supplying valve safely interrupts supplying, each of said ignition switches is kept at a close state in advance, and said main gas-supplying valve does the action of opening said main gas-supplying valve.
2 . The re-ignition controller with a safe interruption effect as in claim 1 , wherein said ignition control unit has a rectifying voltage stabilizer for rectifying and stabilizing electric current of an input electric power source, a first relay connected to a rear end of said rectifying voltage stabilizer and a controller for switching the state of operating of said first relay.
3 . The re-ignition controller with a safe interruption effect as in claim 1 , wherein said ignition activating unit has a voltage multiplier for voltage multiplying on output electric power provided by said first relay, a diode D 1 connected to a rear end of the voltage multiplier, a resistant R 1 connected to a rear end of said diode D 1 , an electric storage and discharge device connected to a rear end of said resistant R 1 and a voltage supercharger connected to a rear end of said electric storage and discharge device and connected with said ignition and flame detecting probes.
4 . The re-ignition controller with a safe interruption effect as in claim 1 , wherein each of said flame detecting unit integrates therein a flame detecting and an ignition control path, said flame detecting path is for coupling of said electric power through a capacitor C 6 to provide voltage for said ignition and flame detecting probe via a resistant R 8 , a grounding end is provided between said resistant R 8 and said ignition and flame detecting probe for detecting whether a flame on said burners exists; one end of said ignition control path is connected with said controller, its other end is connected with said igniting switch.
5 . The re-ignition controller with a safe interruption effect as in claim 1 , wherein said time control unit connected with said ignition control unit, said flame detecting unit and said main gas-supplying valve has a second relay for driving said main gas-supplying valve to do safe interruption.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
